防震减灾网站设计探析

【摘要】:近些年来,地震作为自然灾害的一种,对我国造成了巨大的灾难,但目前人们对防震减灾的认识还存在诸多不足之处。在处于网络高速发展的当今社会,互联网技术得到广泛的普及,网络已然成为当今信息最大的载体,为了能让网络用户快速的获取地震信息,那么对于防震减灾网站的设计就需要给予高度的重视。在防震减灾网站中应重点对震前预防、震中逃生、震后自救与他救、灾后重建等内容进行合理设计,这将对防震减灾工作起着至关重要的作用。 本文主要针对中国地震局网站的设计进行研究,运用文献法与案例分析法,,通过查找图书馆内相关书籍,搜索中国知网、国内外期刊,以及网络获取有关网站设计的情况,较为全面地呈现了防震减灾网站建设状况,分析了网站建设过程中取得的成就和存在的问题,进而寻求推进网站发展具体的、可操作的对策和方案。 网站的设计过程中主要以防震减灾信息中的“学习内容”与“实践解析”板块设计为主,并结合认知学习理论与虚拟现实技术进行系统归纳。其中网站的设计主要依靠于教育学的教学理论与方法,主要的工作如下:1、分析当前国内的防震减灾网站存在的不足。通过一些网络信息查询与问卷调查,发现当前网站建设主要存在的问题,恰当的借鉴国外在防震减灾网站的建设情况。2、提出网站的设计原则。探索网站设计所存在的问题,明确网站中存在的问题给用户所带来的影响,以及为避免问题的再次发生,提出网站的设计原则。3、深入研究布鲁纳的认知学习理论。在翻阅一些文献并观看地震视频等资料的同时,认真总结认知学习理论在目前教育中的应用及其效果,从而客观的分析其在网络中的可行性。4、探索虚拟现实技术的利弊。分析虚拟现实技术在网络中的优势及其不足之处,探讨虚拟现实技术在教育教学中应用的必要性,进一步提出在防震减灾中的设计方案。5、归纳防震减灾网站设计思路。通过融合认知学习理论,提出合理的内容规划,并对虚拟现实技术的功能及其在网站中所要实现的内容进行简单的描述,较系统的展示网站设计的框架。6、总结网站设计存在的不足。在设计中存在的一些问题,进行整理总结,便于进一步完善网站的建设。
[Abstract]:In recent years, earthquake, as a kind of natural disaster, has caused a huge disaster to our country, but there are still many shortcomings in the understanding of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction. In today's society with the rapid development of the network, the Internet technology has been widely spread, the network has become the largest carrier of information today, in order to enable network users to quickly obtain seismic information, So the design of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction website needs to give high attention. In the website of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, we should focus on the reasonable design of pre-earthquake prevention, epicenter escape, post-earthquake self-rescue and other rescue, post-disaster reconstruction, which will play a vital role in earthquake prevention and disaster reduction. This paper mainly focuses on the design of the website of China Seismological Bureau. By using the method of literature and case analysis, by looking up the relevant books in the library, searching for the Chinese knowledge network, domestic and foreign periodicals, and the network to obtain the situation of the website design, This paper presents the status of the construction of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction website, analyzes the achievements and problems in the process of website construction, and then seeks to promote the development of concrete and operable countermeasures and schemes for the website. In the design process of the website, the "learning content" and "practice analysis" in the information of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction are mainly used in the design process, and the cognitive learning theory and the virtual reality technology are systematically summarized. The design of the website mainly depends on the pedagogy teaching theory and method. The main work is as follows: 1. Analyze the deficiency of the current earthquake prevention and disaster reduction website in our country. Through some network information inquiry and questionnaire survey, this paper finds out the main problems existing in the current website construction, and appropriately draws lessons from the construction situation of foreign websites for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction. 2, and puts forward the design principles of the website. This paper explores the problems existing in website design, clarifies the influence of the problems on users, and puts forward the design principles of website in order to avoid the recurrence of the problems. 3, and deeply studies Bruner's cognitive learning theory. While reading some documents and watching seismic video data, the author summarizes the application of cognitive learning theory in current education and its effect, and analyzes objectively its feasibility in the network. 4. Explore the advantages and disadvantages of virtual reality technology. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of virtual reality technology in the network, probes into the necessity of the application of virtual reality technology in education and teaching, and further puts forward the design scheme in earthquake prevention and disaster reduction. 5. Through the fusion of cognitive learning theory, the reasonable content planning is put forward, and the function of virtual reality technology and the content to be realized in the website are simply described, and the framework of website design is systematically displayed. Summarize the shortcomings of website design. In the design of some problems, collate and summarize, facilitate to further improve the construction of the website.
