基于Web服务与数字化人的数控系统移动通讯技术研究

【摘要】:随着计算机和网络技术的快速发展,车间制造模式正向着数字化、网络化、智能化的方向发展。生产设备作为车间制造的最小单元和执行主体,其网络化和智能化程度直接影响车间数字化制造水平。本文在分析了Web数控的优缺点后,结合Web服务技术、移动设备以及无线通信技术提出了移动Web数控的概念,建立了新型移动控制模式,并对系统的通讯实现技术进行了研究。该系统的提出为车间底层的数字化制造提供了支持,具有重要的研究意义。 论文的研究内容主要包括:(1)介绍了车间制造的现状、Web数控系统的研究现状。研究了数控系统的人机协同控制方法和工作过程,并在其基础上提出了人机协同控制的准闭环控制方法。(2)构建了数控系统的模型,并对系统的体系结构进行了分析。(3)对数控系统的运行模式进行了研究,提出了数字化通道和非数字化通道的双通道信息交互方式,保证了信息传递的稳定性和完整性。(4)研究了数控系统的Web服务技术和控制技术实现方法,,并对代码动态调用的方法进行了改进。(5)为保证数控系统的控制页面在移动控制和机床控制上的统一,本文提出了响应式网页设计方法,并对页面功能进行了分析研究,实现了G代码的编译和消息推送过程。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer and network technology, workshop manufacturing mode is developing towards the direction of digitalization, network and intelligence. As the minimum unit and executive body of workshop manufacturing, the level of network and intelligence of production equipment directly affects the level of digital manufacturing of workshop. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Web numerical control, this paper presents the concept of mobile Web numerical control combined with Web service technology, mobile device and wireless communication technology, establishes a new mobile control mode, and studies the communication realization technology of the system. The proposed system provides support for the digital manufacturing of the bottom floor of the workshop, and has important research significance. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the present situation of workshop manufacturing and the research status of Web numerical control system are introduced. Based on the study of man-machine cooperative control method and working process of CNC system, a quasi-closed loop control method of man-machine cooperation control is proposed. (2) the model of numerical control system is constructed. The architecture of the system is analyzed. (3) the running mode of numerical control system is studied, and the dual channel information exchange mode of digital channel and non-digital channel is put forward. The stability and integrity of information transmission are guaranteed. (4) the Web service technology and control technology realization method of NC system are studied. And the method of code dynamic calling is improved. (5) in order to ensure the unification of the control page of NC system in mobile control and machine tool control, the responsive web page design method is put forward, and the function of the page is analyzed and studied.
