基于Web的煤场可视化图形的设计与实现

【摘要】:在节能减排显得尤为重要的今天,作为煤炭消费大户的火力发电厂,非常有必要提高其煤场管理水平,做到燃煤分类堆放,提高煤场空间利用率,减少燃煤堆放周期,阻止煤料自燃,最大限度的保存燃煤发热量,及时统计煤场存煤情况等,以避免燃料无形中的浪费,节约燃煤开支,提高企业效益。本文试图建立一个网页上的煤场可视化图形系统以提高煤场管理的信息化程度,,作为提升煤场管理水平的一种手段。 煤场可视化图形将计算机视觉技术引入到电力生产领域中,对煤场进行可视化3D建模,建立数字化煤场,提供包括煤堆位置、成分、存煤量、堆积状态等在内的详细信息,同时将这些信息直观形象化,帮助煤场管理人员及时感知煤场动态、查看煤场存煤情况,方便规划购煤、配煤掺烧。 信息技术的进步日新月异,在网络上实现计算机视觉的Web3D技术也随之出现。WebGL技术是一种新型的网页虚拟实现技术,用于网页三维绘图,无需插件,可适应火电企业内部的网络环境条件。本文研究了多种网页三维绘图技术,最后以WebGL技术为主要开发手段,结合jQuery、Oak3D等工具框架,在Web上实现了一个煤场的3D可视化图形系统。该图形系统图像渲染效果良好,高度逼真地还原了煤场的三维外形,整个模型具有非常强的立体感,通过拖动鼠标,就可以从多角度观察煤场的燃煤堆放情况。该系统初步实现了网页上的煤场三维可视化设想。
[Abstract]:Today, it is particularly important to save energy and reduce emissions. As a large consumer of coal, it is very necessary to improve the level of coal yard management, to achieve coal-fired classified stacking, to improve the space utilization rate of coal yard, and to reduce coal stacking cycle. In order to avoid the waste of fuel, save the expenditure of coal and improve the benefit of enterprises, we can prevent spontaneous combustion of coal, preserve the heat of coal to the maximum, and count the situation of coal storage in coal yard in time, so as to avoid the waste of fuel inconspicuously. This paper attempts to establish a visual graphic system of coal yard on the web page in order to improve the information level of coal yard management as a means to improve the level of coal yard management. The visualization graph of coal field introduces computer vision technology into the field of electric power production, carries on the visualization 3D modeling to the coal field, establishes the digitized coal field, provides the detailed information including the coal pile position, the composition, the coal storage quantity, the accumulation state, and so on. At the same time, these information can be visualized intuitively to help the managers of the coal yard to perceive the dynamic of the coal field in time, to check the situation of coal storage in the coal yard, and to make it convenient to plan and purchase coal and mix coal with burning. With the rapid development of information technology, the Web3D technology of realizing computer vision on the network also appears. WebGL technology is a new virtual web page implementation technology, which is used for three-dimensional drawing of web pages without plug-in. Can adapt to the internal network environment conditions of thermal power enterprises. In this paper, many kinds of three-dimensional drawing technology of web pages are studied. Finally, a 3D visualization graphics system of coal field is implemented on Web with WebGL technology as the main developing means and jQuery,Oak3D and other tools framework. The image rendering effect of the graphics system is good and the three-dimensional shape of the coal field is restored highly realistically. The whole model has a very strong sense of three-dimensional. By dragging the mouse, we can observe the coal-fired stacks from many angles. The system preliminarily realizes the three-dimensional visualization of coal field on the web page.
