面向用户体验的移动B2C界面可用性评估研究

【摘要】:2013年中国网络购物市场数据显示移动B2C购物交易规模高达6500亿元,并预计以35%的增长率进一步增大,移动电子商务B2C已成为移动购物的核心模式,用户体验也越来越备受关注。移动B2C界面可用性评估除发现可用性问题外还能够通过用户满意度定性分析发掘出用户隐藏的使用需求。移动B2C应用良好的可用性和用户体验能够增强用户购物愉悦感,增加用户粘度,给商家带来更大的利润。因此,论文的工作具有重要的意义。 2007年第一代苹果iPhone的问世标志着移动触控交互才正式登上历史舞台,截止到2013年底移动智能终端用户己高达4.61亿。当前国内外对移动B2C触控界面可用性研究相对较少,现有的可用性评估体系并不完全适用于当前移动B2C触控应用界面可用性评估。另一方面,现有移动B2C应用界面可用性指标的提取比较笼统,忽略了用户文化习惯下的自然手势交互对用户体验的促进和提升。 面向用户在移动B2C购物过程中对触控交互和自然手势交互的迫切需求,开展了一系列的工作,包括以下主要工作: (1)提取应用于移动B2C应用界面可用性评估的用户体验要素。首先运用用户体验理论对十款中国主流移动B2C应用样本进行实证分析,系统地梳理出移动购物全部用户体验的主要组成部分(注:与同伴协作完成)。然后在问卷实验评估的基础上提取出 应用于面向触控交互的移动B2C应用界面可用性评估的八个用户体验要素。 (2)建立适应于触控交互,特别是适应于用户文化习惯下的自然手势交互的移动B2C界面可用性评估指标体系。 在可用性工程理论的指导下,继续深入分析用户在使用移动B2C应用过程中的触控交互体验要素,尤其是不同于十个基本手势的、用户文化习惯下的自然手势交互,运用问卷调查、专家打分法和层次分析法(AHP),建立适应于触控交互及自然手势交互的移动B2C界面可用性评估指标体系,计算出各指标因子的权重。 (3)验证提出评估体系的有效性和可行性。 选择主流移动B2C客户端应用,运用提出的可用性评估体系分别对京东商城APP和中粮我买网APP进行模糊综合评估,一方面验证指标体系的有效性和可行性,另一方面通过实验评估发现京东和中粮APPs存在的界面可用性问题,然后类比分析出主流移动B2C应用存在一般化的界面可用性问题并提出面向触控交互的界面改进建议。 论文的工作特色,理论价值主要体现在以下几方面: (1)系统地梳理出移动B2C购物全部用户体验的主要组成部分,特别通过对用户的满意度分析定性地挖掘出潜在的用户体验要素,一定程度上丰富了移动电商用户体验理论。 (2)建立了适应触控交互和自然手势交互的移动B2C界面可用性评估指标体系,为移动电商客户端的评估提供理论和方法支撑。 论文的应用价值主要体现在: (1)移动B2C购物全部用户体验有助于电商企业在移动购物整个过程中更好地理解用户的需求,促进用户体验,提升市场竞争力,具有潜在的商业价值。 (2)评价体系能够有效发现用户在移动购物过程中存在的问题,有利于改善移动电商客户端应用的可用性质量,提升用户使用满意度。 (3)在对京东商城APP和中粮我买网APP实验评估基础上提出的面向自然手势交互的改进建议除促进移动B2C应用开发外,也对智能终端一些应用开发具有指导意义。 目前传感器已成为移动终端的重要组成部分之一,用户和设备的交互也更加智能化和多样化,如利用距离传感器可实现非接触式手势交互,这为用户带来了新的乐趣和体验。因此,下一步的工作是面向传感器的交互,进一步完善面向用户体验的移动B2C界面可用性评价体系。

The mobile B2C interface availability assessment, in addition to the discovery of availability issues, can identify the user-hidden use requirements by qualitative analysis of the user's satisfaction. The application of good usability and user experience in mobile B2C can enhance the user's feeling of shopping, increase the user's viscosity and bring more profit to the business.
