基于儿童用户体验的网络媒体设计

【摘要】:使用网络媒体的用户所涵盖的年龄段越来越宽,儿童用户成为日渐庞大的使用群体,,设计开发者们也渐渐感受到了儿童作为网络特殊群体的巨大效益。网络媒体的方便快捷,使得儿童接触网络的年龄越来越小,丰富多样的网络媒体给儿童的生活添加了许多的乐趣和帮助。 但网络中的信息内容庞大,且内容复杂,大部分信息并不适合儿童阅读;同时,大部分的网络媒体界面操作是按照成年人的生理特点进行设计的,这种设计的初衷就并没有考虑儿童操作的可行性,儿童用户需要的是更为专业的网络媒体。那么,在通过分析儿童的特征和需求之后,探讨儿童使用体验的网络媒体界面设计,得出相对的设计操作流程,设计开发更有针对性的网络媒体是十分有现实意义的。 本课题主要以儿童体验的网络媒体作为研究对象,通过对国内外大量网络媒体的对比分析,结合儿童的特殊生理和心理特征,从人性化设计方法的角度出发,着重对儿童的多种体验方式进行研究总结。 在第一章节中,主要是分析网络媒体对儿童用户可能造成的影响,案例分析过后,得出当前儿童使用的网络媒体存在的哪些问题。第二章从人性化设计的角度出发,针对儿童用户制定适合的人性化设计方法,添加用户行为的需求设计。在第三章具体分析儿童生理和心理特征,以及儿童网民特殊年龄阶段的阅读需求。到第四章内容,分析得出地具体设计活动中应该达到的设计原则和目标,在这些原则和目标之下,从视觉、听觉、触觉等多方位体验的角度,制定出儿童用户体验的网络媒体界面设计原理。
[Abstract]:The age range of users using network media is getting wider and wider, and children users have become a growing number of users. Design developers have also gradually realized the enormous benefits of children as special groups in the network. The convenience and quickness of the network media make the children contact with the network younger and younger. The rich and diverse network media have added a lot of fun and help to the children's life. But the network information content is huge, and the content is complex, most of the information is not suitable for children to read; At the same time, most of the Internet media interface operations are designed according to the physiological characteristics of adults. The original intention of this design is not to consider the feasibility of children's operation. What children users need is more professional network media. Then, after analyzing the characteristics and needs of children, it is of great practical significance to discuss the design of network media interface of children's experience, to draw a relative design and operation process, and to design and develop more targeted network media. This subject mainly takes the network media of children's experience as the research object, through the comparative analysis of a large number of network media at home and abroad, combined with the children's special physiological and psychological characteristics, from the point of view of humanized design method, Focus on the children's experience of a variety of ways to summarize the study. In the first chapter, we mainly analyze the possible impact of network media on children's users. After the case analysis, we can find out what problems exist in the current network media used by children. In the second chapter, from the point of view of humanization design, a suitable humanization design method is made for children's users, and the requirement design of user's behavior is added. In the third chapter, we analyze the children's physiological and psychological characteristics, and the reading needs of children's netizens in the special age stage. To the fourth chapter, the design principles and objectives that should be achieved in the concrete design activities are analyzed. Under these principles and objectives, from the perspective of multi-dimensional experience such as vision, hearing, tactile and so on, Draw up the design principle of network media interface for children's user experience.
