智能抓拍联网平台在公安工作中的实现与应用

【摘要】:随着城市智能化的发展,在城市治安管理过程中,大量建设智能卡口、监控点位,已经形成了一张无形的监控网,成为公安工作的强有力支撑。随着某市日益扩增的卡口、监控点位建设与应用需求,当前设施、平台都在一定程度上落后于“科技强警”的客观需求。为满足未来至少五年内因卡口数据流量递增而带来的海量数据存取与应用需求,亟须建立一个资源集成率高、数据存取效率卓越的高效稳定的平台。 本论文以某市公安机关的智能抓拍联网平台建设项目为背景,建立一个覆盖全市的抓拍数据进行处理和应用的平台。主要工作包括分析平台的建设需求,设计和实现平台的框架和细节,并验证和分析平台在实际工作中的应用效果。 论文首先阐述智能抓拍在某市公安工作中的应用现状,对现状的不足处进行分析,提出改进要求,从而确定智能抓拍联网平台的建设目标。然后对智能抓拍联网平台进行了总体设计,从宏观上对平台构建进行了描述,并确定平台性能优化参数。接着从微观上入手,,对平台的各模块的工作原理和实现过程进行详细分析,包括基础数据层和系统数据服务等部分。最后从平台的功能,即实战应用的各个功能模块进行设计,并对实现的应用效果进行了展现。
[Abstract]:With the development of urban intelligence, in the process of urban public security management, a large number of construction of intelligent cards, monitoring points, has formed an invisible monitoring network, which has become a strong support for public security work. With the increasing opening of a city, the demand for construction and application of monitoring points, the current facilities and platforms are lagging behind the objective demand of "strong police by science and technology" to a certain extent. In order to meet the needs of mass data access and application brought by increasing data flow in the next five years, it is necessary to establish an efficient and stable platform with high resource integration rate and excellent data access efficiency. Based on the project of the intelligent snap network platform of a city public security organ, this paper sets up a platform for processing and application of the capture data covering the whole city. The main work includes analyzing the construction requirements of the platform, designing and implementing the platform framework and details, and validating and analyzing the application effect of the platform in the actual work. Firstly, the paper expounds the application of intelligent snap in a city's public security work, analyzes the shortcomings of the present situation, puts forward the improvement requirements, and then determines the construction goal of the intelligent snap network platform. Then the intelligent capture networking platform is designed, the platform construction is described from the macro point of view, and the performance optimization parameters of the platform are determined. Then from the microcosmic point of view, the working principle and implementation process of each module of the platform are analyzed in detail, including the basic data layer and the system data service and so on. Finally, the function of the platform, that is, the functional modules of the real-world application, is designed, and the effect of the application is shown.
