高校网站群管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着我国高等教育制度和教学模式的不断改革,使得高校管理体系形成了个性化、多元化的发展特征,在如今的高等学校中,各项教学、科研、管理、服务等工作已经无法再局限于本校中,而必须与外界进行连接和交流,获取更多的外界信息和资源,才能以一种更加宽广的角度来对学校的发展做出考察。在当前这个信息化技术高度发展的时代,校园门户网站的建设和应用,为各大高校的可持续发展提供了极大的帮助。在某高校的早期信息化建设过程中,由于没有进行统一的规划,使得各下属院系和职能机构各自为站,不同部门之间使用不同的软件系统,导致数据标准不统一,且各种数据信息分散在不同的服务器中,造成校园内部存在软件重复建设、资源严重浪费、网站维护困难等问题。因此,为了改善现状,顺应国家信息化建设的发展需求,提高该校的信息化应用水平,在原有建设的基础上采用统一的标准和规范,在统筹规划的基础上进行分步实施,研究并建设一套适合该校使用的网站群管理系统。目标系统充分运用Web Services服务体系、AJAX异步交互技术、DIV+CSS网页布局技术以及XML技术等等开发技术,最终完成了站群管理、栏目管理、模板管理、发布管理、内容管理、网站功能管理、用户权限管理等功能模块的设计和实现,并详细介绍了系统的安全实现方式,最后对系统进行了测试验证。通过高校网站群管理系统的应用,为学校提供一个良好的基础环境,实现各部门站点间的统一管理和维护。将校园内部原有的分散站点整合成一个整体,使得各级院系机构、职能部门之间的信息资源能够联系起来,打破信息孤岛的现象,对内,能够实现各级部门之间的信息交流和共享,实现校园各项管理工作的高效处理;对外,能够以统一的门户平台为来访者提供信息和服务。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform of higher education system and teaching mode in our country, the management system of colleges and universities has formed individualized and diversified development characteristics. In today's colleges and universities, all kinds of teaching, scientific research, management, Service and other work can no longer be limited to the school, but must connect and communicate with the outside world, obtain more external information and resources, in order to investigate the development of the school from a broader point of view. In this era of high development of information technology, the construction and application of campus portal website has provided great help for the sustainable development of colleges and universities. In the process of early information construction in a university, due to the lack of unified planning, each subordinate department and functional organization are respectively stations, and different software systems are used between different departments, which leads to the disunity of data standards. And all kinds of data information are scattered in different servers, resulting in repeated construction of software, serious waste of resources, difficult maintenance of the website and so on. Therefore, in order to improve the present situation, comply with the development needs of national information construction, improve the application level of information technology in the school, adopt unified standards and norms on the basis of the original construction, and carry out step by step implementation on the basis of overall planning. Research and build a set of website group management system suitable for the school. The target system makes full use of Web Services service system, AJAX asynchronous interaction technology, DIV CSS web page layout technology and XML technology and other development technologies, and finally completes the station group management, column management, template management, release management, content management. The design and implementation of website function management, user authority management and other functional modules are introduced in detail. Finally, the system is tested and verified. Through the application of the website group management system in colleges and universities, it provides a good basic environment for the school to realize the unified management and maintenance among the stations of each department. The original decentralized sites in the campus can be integrated into a whole, so that the information resources between the institutions, departments and functional departments at all levels can be linked to each other, break the phenomenon of isolated information islands, and internally, It can realize the information exchange and sharing among departments at all levels, and realize the efficient processing of campus management. Outside, can use a unified portal platform to provide information and services for visitors.
