基于互联网的鞋类定制系统技术研究

【摘要】:在社会经济高速发展的同时,越来越多跨界的合作组合应用在我们的周围。“互联网+”是对创新2.0时代新一代信息技术与创新2.0相互作用、共同演化推进经济社会发展新形态的高度概括。如今,“互联网+传统产业”正在加速融合,特别是互联网技术与制造业不断地融合。智能制造快速的发展,降低了生产成本以及缩短了产品开发的周期。因此增加互联网技术在传统企业的研发,是解决现在所面临的传统企业转型的问题。在传统的制造业上,“互联网+制造业”也越来越被人们所关注,需求应用也越来越促进两者之间的融合。“互联网+制鞋业”的技术和制造业的融合发展,实现产品个性化、多样化的个性化定制需求的发展,加速了整个行业的发展速度。在此背景下,本论文涉及的互联网和制鞋业两者之间的相互结合为对象。以“基于互联网的制鞋定制系统技术研究”为题,实现个性化定制系统在制鞋业加速发展。让消费者参与鞋的涉及和生产,实现智能加工,生产制造智能化和数字化。制鞋业个性化定制系统是鞋业的发展趋势,本文的主要研究内容是:1.通过对“互联网+传统制造业”行业的特性,研究设计一套完整的系统,实现互联网+制鞋业的个性化定制系统将实体店与网络打通。让消费者参与到鞋子的设计、生产。并以此为基础框架,解决系统所涉及的关键技术。2.建立起来了个性化定制系统,针对客户端消费者对脚型三维数据的测量,从总系统来看,我们需要获取从终端集群式的脚型三维数据,对采集的数据进行处理工作,以及实现脚型三维数据的安全传输。从获取数据、处理数据、数据的传输,实现集群式消费者的数据提取和处理能力。在数据传输方面,通过测试实例验证研究的可行性。3.在制鞋加工方面,通过人工蜂群算法的应用,实现对不同大小、不同形状的材料进行自动优化排版设计,实现最大限度的节省材料。通过3D的鞋样设计系统,到最终的计算所需的材料,利用蜂群算法,对不同消费者的用料不同和形状大小各不相同在一大块材料上智能的排版处理。最后实现现场的材料机器切割。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, more and more cross-border cooperation combinations are used around us. The Internet is a high summary of the interaction between the new generation of information technology and innovation 2.0 in the era of innovation 2.0, and the joint evolution and promotion of the new form of economic and social development. Today, the traditional Internet industry is accelerating integration, especially the continuous integration of Internet technology and manufacturing. The rapid development of intelligent manufacturing reduces the production cost and shortens the cycle of product development. Therefore, increasing the research and development of Internet technology in traditional enterprises is to solve the problem of traditional enterprise transformation. In the traditional manufacturing industry, people pay more and more attention to the Internet manufacturing industry, and the demand application also promotes the integration of the two more and more. The integration and development of the technology and manufacturing industry of "Internet shoe industry" has accelerated the development of the whole industry by realizing the development of product individualization and diversified personalized customization demand. In this context, this paper involves the combination of the Internet and shoe industry as the object. Based on the research of shoe customization system technology based on Internet, the individualized customization system is developed rapidly in shoe making industry. Let consumers participate in the involvement and production of shoes, achieve intelligent processing, production and manufacturing intelligence and digitization. The personalized customization system of shoe industry is the development trend of shoe industry. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Through the characteristics of "Internet traditional manufacturing industry", this paper studies and designs a set of complete system, and realizes the personalized customization system of Internet shoe industry to open up the physical store and the network. Let consumers participate in the design and production of shoes. Based on this framework, the key technologies involved in the system are solved. 2. A personalized customization system is established, which aims at the measurement of foot 3D data by client consumers. From the point of view of the overall system, we need to obtain the 3D foot data from the terminal cluster, and process the collected data. And to realize the secure transmission of foot 3D data. From the acquisition of data, processing data, data transmission, to achieve cluster consumer data extraction and processing ability. In the aspect of data transmission, the feasibility of the study is verified by a test example. In the aspect of shoe processing, through the application of artificial bee swarm algorithm, the automatic optimal typesetting design of materials of different sizes and shapes is realized, and the maximum material saving is realized. Through the 3D shoe sample design system, to the final calculation of the required materials, the use of bee swarm algorithm, different consumers of different materials and shapes are different in a large piece of material intelligent typesetting processing. Finally, the material machine cutting in the field is realized.
