基于业务互操作点的企业互操作方法研究

【摘要】:在经济全球化的浪潮推动下,企业之间的业务协作逐渐频繁和复杂。作为对企业运转和管理来说必不可少的支撑系统,各个企业的应用软件之间也必须能够互通互联,以支持企业之间的信息交换和业务协同。企业互操作的概念和技术应运而生,它是指企业应用软件之间通过相互通信和交换数据来协同完成任务,使业务伙伴之间实现新的业务流程的整合。 目前关于企业互操作模型和技术的研究主要针对企业之间位于本地的遗留应用软件,关注于消除它们的异构性,实现功能交互和数据交换,达到最大程度的复用,提高企业间信息传递的效率,降低企业间的协作成本。然而,随着云端应用变得炙手可热,云应用被越来越多的企业,特别是中小企业使用。云应用的“跨平台”、“多租户”等特征为企业间互操作带来了新的挑战。 如何提出一套实现企业云应用之间、云应用与企业遗留应用之间的无缝互操作框架和方法,来支持企业之间的业务协同,并且能够满足复用性、异构性、可靠性和动态可变性等特点,将具有非常重要的现实意义。 近年来课题组围绕服务计算、制造业信息化等领域开展了广泛的研究,着眼于云应用的巨大优势,搭建了面向汽车行业的销售采购云平台。云平台针对汽车主机厂和供应商对信息化系统的特殊需求,提供丰富而可靠的企业云应用。实现企业用户在云平台上的互操作是云平台要解决的难题之一,本文围绕着这个需求展开工作,从理论框架和实际应用的角度对汽车供应链环境下的企业互操作方法进行了研究。 首先本文研究和总结了汽车行业背景下的企业互操作场景和问题,基于目前的云支撑平台,提出了一个抽象的包含表示层、应用层、流程层、服务层和数据层的多层次互操作框架,分析了不同层上的互操作需求。 为了统一解决多层次框架中体现出的不同角度的互操作问题,本文提出了业务互操作点的概念,它是两个企业的应用软件之间发生信息传递和数据交换的地方,是实现协作企业间应用软件互操作的媒介。结合业务互操作点的概念,就不需要将进行业务协作的两个应用系统完全融合,使得抽象的多层次互操作模型变得具体可行。 本文根据基于业务互操作点的企业互操作框架,给出了具体的互操作实现方案,设计了支持云平台上企业之间进行业务协作的互操作引擎。云平台互操作引擎为两层架构,可视为前台和后台,前台参与用户交互的为“业务互操作点代理(BIP_Agent)",后台进行技术支持的为“基于ESB的互操作总线(I_Bus)”。前者主要负责业务互操作点的注册和暴露、互操作流程的创建和调用;后者则负责业务互操作点接口的适配和匹配、互操作请求的监听和路由。 最后,基于关键支撑技术Web Service和ESB,本文介绍了云平台互操作引擎核心组件I Bus的具体实现,并且通过云平台上主机厂和供应商租户间的一个实际的业务流程,描述了企业之间在云平台上进行互操作的全过程,验证了本文研究成果的可行性和有效性,使得云平台能够初步支持企业间的业务协作。
