冀北电力检修公司网络信息安全保障方案设计

【摘要】：随着网络的高速发展,网络信息安全问题日益突出。诸如恶意入侵、恶作剧式的网络捣乱行为、网络病毒的传播、恶意网页和软件漏洞等方面,都成为网络信息安全脆弱的因素,而以上这些行为,在电力企业网络中因防范措施不足而变得尤为容易,因此保障网络信息安全至关重要。无论是在局域网还是在广域网,都存在来自多方面的潜在威胁,网络安全的保障措施应能全方位地针对各种不同的威胁,这样才能确保网络信息的保密性、完整性和可用性。论文针对冀北电力检修公司使用网络的不同情况相应地采取不同的措施,通过深入调研和系统分析,完成了网络信息安全保障方案的设计。论文主要内容和工作包括:(1)首先,对检修公司的网络信息安全需求进行了分析。主要包括两个方面,一方面是网络的类型、结构和整体布局对网络信息安全的影响;另一方面是公司不同职责的部门、不同岗位的员工所涉及的信息安全需求。根据调研情况,分析了目前公司网络信息安全需要弥补和加强的地方。其次,结合上述需求给出保障方案总体框架。(2)设计了保障公司网络信息安全的技术方案。根据检修公司自身的特点,综合利用多种技术手段来确保公司网络的信息安全。研究提出保障网络信息安全的管理方案。对冀北电力有限公司和检修公司网络信息安全管理的相关规章制度进行梳理,对照前期找出的网络信息安全漏洞和影响因素,查验管理方面存在的问题和不足,并提出制度方面的改善措施。(3)网络信息安全保障方案的验证与实践。建设相关环境,落实保障方案设计中的每项举措并验证其可行性。论文从采取相应的技术手段和完善公司管理规章制度两方面入手,完成了冀北电力检修公司网络信息安全保障方案设计,对于建立健全公司网络信息安全体系,保障办公、生产的正常运行具有重要意义,同时也为其他电力企业网络信息安全工作的开展提供了参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the network, the problem of network information security is becoming more and more prominent. Such as malicious intrusion, prankster network troublesome behavior, the spread of network virus, malicious web page and software loophole and so on, have become the fragile factors of network information security, and these behaviors are particularly easy in the power enterprise network because of the lack of preventive measures, so it is very important to ensure the network information security. There are many potential threats in both local area network and wide area network. The safeguard measures of network security should be able to target all kinds of different threats in an all-round way, so as to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of network information. According to the different situation of using network in Hebei Electric Power maintenance Company, this paper takes different measures accordingly, and completes the design of network information security scheme through in-depth investigation and system analysis. The main contents and work of this paper are as follows: (1) first, the network information security requirements of the maintenance company are analyzed. It mainly includes two aspects, on the one hand, it is the influence of the type, structure and overall layout of the network on the network information security; on the other hand, it is the information security requirements of the different responsible departments and employees of different positions. According to the investigation situation, this paper analyzes the places where the network information security of the company needs to be made up and strengthened at present. Secondly, according to the above requirements, the overall framework of the security scheme is given. (2) the technical scheme to ensure the network information security of the company is designed. According to the characteristics of the maintenance company itself, comprehensive use of a variety of technical means to ensure the information security of the company network. The management scheme to ensure the security of network information is studied and put forward. This paper combs the relevant rules and regulations of the network information security management of Jibei Electric Power Co., Ltd. And the maintenance company, compares the network information security loopholes and influencing factors found out in the previous period, examines the existing problems and shortcomings in the management, and puts forward the improvement measures of the system. (3) the verification and practice of the network information security guarantee scheme. Build the relevant environment, implement each measure in the design of the guarantee scheme and verify its feasibility. Starting with the corresponding technical means and perfecting the management rules and regulations of the company, this paper completes the design of the network information security guarantee scheme of Hebei Electric Power maintenance Company, which is of great significance for establishing and perfecting the network information security system of the company, ensuring the normal operation of the office and production, and also providing a reference for the development of the network information security work of other electric power enterprises.
