远程会议协作云平台设计与实现
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the business activities in the process of enterprise operation are increasing day by day. In particular, under the condition of limited travel budget, it will be difficult for multinational enterprises to fully improve their work through travel. Driven by this demand, Cisco has developed a new WebEx conference cooperation system based on Internet by combining multimedia technology with communication technology, so that communication and cooperation in work can be realized remotely through the Internet. As the most important part of SaaS layer of conference system, teleconferencing collaboration cloud platform combines the whole business platform from end-user ordering to customer service personnel operation and maintenance billing. The main functions of this platform are the product ordering for the client and the conference cooperation function realized by Red5 framework, as well as the order and customer data processing function for the background operation and maintenance personnel to follow up. And the background will be based on the user behavior for billing and batch price processing and finally form the bill to be sent to the customer. The platform is deployed in Linux operating system. Java language is used to realize the upper application function of the server, and ActionScript is used to realize the client function. Considering the decoupling from the upper application and the overall load performance of the cloud platform, the charging collection and batch processing functions will be developed and realized by C / C language combined with ORACLE database stored procedure. The target customers of this platform are enterprise-class users, so the requirements for security and stability are very high, and distributed deployment in different physical data centers. Therefore, the cloud platform also synchronizes and backs up the database through Dell SharePlex, which effectively ensures the stability and data security of the cloud platform operation, as well as the performance for billing and batch pricing. The application layer fully considers the needs of business expansion, adopts J2EE technology with strong scalability security, and uses MVC structure to design in the development architecture to fully meet the needs of system expansion. In this paper, the development and background of remote conference collaborative cloud platform are analyzed, and the research scheme and development process of portal, management, conference and billing module are discussed in detail, especially the key technical points in cloud platform are further expounded. finally, the stability of cloud platform is demonstrated by black box test and white box test. The cloud platform supports complex business characteristics, integration and hybrid network environment, unified user management and end-to-end process control, as well as efficient support for remote online collaboration functions. at the same time, it is compatible with heterogeneous system deployment and high concurrency network environment support, and provides high availability SaaS services to ensure customer experience.
