华体公司基于SaaS模式的资金管控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：本文以华体公司的资金管控系统作为主要研究对象。分析当前的经济发展状况,在高速发展的经济背景下,企业竞争尤为激烈,而华体公司目前仍存在着组织和人员权限不明确,资金利用率不高,信息化和竞争力较低的现状,公司为了逐渐缩小经营成本压力,不得不缩减开支,优化资金管理体制,公司管理者总结华体公司的管理现状和经营要求,急需创建一套适合本公司发展的管理系统,实行资金管控,进一步改善和健全财务管理职能,努力把资金运作的各个环节处于可控状态,为公司建立一套行之有效的资金管控系统势在必行。SaaS模式,以租赁方式使用服务和技术,加快信息化的进度,增强信息化的发展,尽量避免企业因资金紧缺、竞争力较差的困境,能够使企业可以较低的价格引进先进的技术,增强资金的流通的速度,提高同行间的竞争力。公司领导层面深层次剖析SaaS模式的优势,结合本公司的实际情况,决定把这套行之有效的资金管控系统与SaaS模式结合,走出一条符合本公司的资金管理路线。本文介绍了以下几方面的内容:首先,介绍了资金管控系统和SaaS模式在国内和国际迅速的发展、深入,分析最前沿的资金管控理念和较为流行的SaaS模式的优势,结合当前华体公司的现状,论证资金管控系统在华体公司实施的重大意义。其次,结合企业发展定律,描述系统在开发和设计中所采用的技术和路线。再次,对系统的需求进行分析与设计,搭建Race开发平台,设计系统界面,建立数据模型,设计数据库表。最后,系统需求实现、系统测试。系统实现阐述了根据需求和设计在Race开发平台集成工具上二次设计、开发、调试;系统测试对系统实现进行系统的、全面的测试,执行性能调优和系统优化,确保系统满足华体资金综合管理的需要。本系统建立于Race开发平台基础上;采用SOA研发模式实现平台统一化;采用SaaS应用模式,做到与SOA灵活结合;系统设计采用Oracle数据库,对数据处理和存储提供了技术保障;使用B/S模式对内对外提供服务;采用Sql预编译机制防止SQL注入式攻击;使用J2EE服务器为用户节省许多费用。
