基于云框架的移动医疗信息化服务平台的研究与实现

【摘要】:随着医疗信息化技术的不断发展和云计算技术的持续升温,区域医疗信息化已开始成为学术界和医疗行业的一个热门话题。传统医疗信息化已经不能跟上人们不断改变的生活方式和日益增长的需求。医疗信息化在服务医患的角色中已经无法充分满足医生对于数据处理效率、业务的并发处理时间的需求,同时,随着医改的不断深入,小型的医疗结构在信息化部署上面临前所未有的困境,医疗信息的充分共享和医疗信息化的快速部署成为政府和医疗机构的愿望。 针对以上问题,本文提出一个基于云计算的医疗信息化服务平台(MICA),将基础医疗服务部署到云环境中,在降低终端设备要求的同时,延伸到了多个节点上,从而获得了多点计算能力和可扩展的数据存储能力。该平台面向医疗机构和普通用户。在医疗机构和广大普通患者之间,建立起两者间信息通信的桥梁,这正是该服务体系在技术和服务模式上的创新。 在详细研究基础医疗信息化及其发展状况、SOA体系架构、云计算以及云计算关键技术的基础上,本文首先提出基于云框架的医疗信息化服务体系的整体架构,并分别从云计算基础设施层、云平台支撑层和应用服务提供层三个方面进行分析。进而对医院私有云服务平台进行研究,并且在私有云平台基础上,对基于私有云医疗信息化服务平台进行详细的分析与设计,包括整体架构设计、必要性分析与设计以及数据模型分析设计等。最后,给出基于私有云的基础医疗信息化服务平台的原型实现,,分别从平台的基础设施层、支撑层和应用服务提供层三个层次,结合作者参与的临床护理项目进行详细的论述。主要包括了项目中的临床护理、移动输液和医疗数据BI接口。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of medical information technology and the continuous heating of cloud computing technology, regional medical information has become a hot topic in academia and medical industry. Traditional medical information has been unable to keep up with people's changing lifestyle and growing demand. The role of medical information in serving doctors and patients has been unable to fully meet the needs of doctors for the efficiency of data processing and the concurrent processing time of business. At the same time, with the deepening of medical reform, the small medical structure is facing unprecedented difficulties in the deployment of information. The full sharing of medical information and the rapid deployment of medical information have become the aspirations of the government and medical institutions. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a medical information service platform (MICA), based on cloud computing to deploy basic medical services to the cloud environment, which not only reduces the requirements of terminal devices, but also extends to multiple nodes, thus obtaining multi-point computing power and extensible data storage capacity. The platform is aimed at medical institutions and ordinary users. Between the medical institutions and the majority of ordinary patients, the bridge of information communication between the two is established, which is the innovation of the service system in technology and service mode. Based on the detailed study of basic medical information and its development, SOA architecture, cloud computing and key technologies of cloud computing, this paper first proposes the overall architecture of medical information service system based on cloud framework, and analyzes it from three aspects: cloud computing infrastructure layer, cloud platform support layer and application service provider layer. Then the hospital private cloud service platform is studied, and on the basis of the private cloud platform, the medical information service platform based on private cloud is analyzed and designed in detail, including the overall architecture design, necessity analysis and design, data model analysis and design, and so on. Finally, the prototype implementation of the basic medical information service platform based on private cloud is given, which is discussed in detail from three levels: the infrastructure layer, the support layer and the application service providing layer of the platform, combined with the clinical nursing project in which the author participates. It mainly includes clinical nursing, mobile infusion and medical data BI interface in the project.
