国内运动社交APP用户采纳行为实证研究

随着国民经济不断升级,国家大力发展体育运动文化,全民参与体育活动,以及移动互联网技术的飞速发展,诞生了一系列体育健身应用,加之新的社交兴趣不断涌现,推动了“运动+社交”的融合,“互联网+体育产业”的发展催生了运动社交产品的剧增。随着学者在用户行为领域的研究日益丰富,研究个人采纳信息技术的心理和行为特征变化,分析信息技术采纳行为的影响因素构成已经成为信息系统领域备受关注的课题之一。目前学术界在运动社交行业的研究刚刚起步,从用户角度出发探索哪些因素对运动社交APP的采纳意愿有较大影响,哪些创新可以改善运动社交类APP用户体验的研究尚少。本文以运动社交APP为研究对象,在对国内外信息行为研究的理论模型整理总结的基础上,以Venkateshetal.所建立的技术接受与利用综合模型(UTAUT)为基础框架,结合运动社交软件特点将个体创新性,感知成本和感知愉悦作为外部变量,构建了运动社交APP用户采纳模型,提出了研究假设。本文采用实证研究的方法,通过网络发放调查问卷收集实证数据,对290份有效样本数据进行描述性统计分析,用SPSS对量表的信度和效度进行检验,最后用SmartPLS3.0检验研究模型...
