道路客运企业战略管理研究

【摘要】: 进入21世纪,面对经济全球化的新形势,各行各业都面临如何迎接挑战和把握机遇的问题,道路客运企业也不例外。我国道路旅客运输业经历20多年的快速发展,取得了很大成绩,极大地促进了经济社会的快速发展。但是道路客运企业的管理却远远滞后于日益变化的行业发展步伐,并已成为当前道路客运企业发展到一定阶段的瓶颈问题.面对激烈的市场竞争,如何正确规划道路客运企业的前进坐标系,如何为道路客运企业赢得持续的市场竞争力,已经成为道路客运企业发展面临的重大课题。每个道路客运企业迫切需要正确的理论指导和切实可行的发展规划,最重要的莫过于战略的指导。 本文以企业战略管理的一般理论为基础,采用理论研究与实证分析相结合的方法,通过对道路客运行业战略环境结构的分析,结合对道路客运企业发展现状的考察,运用SWOT分析等几种战略管理分析模型工具对道路客运企业的发展进行了深入的、系统的战略分析和战略归纳,并以此为主线,制定了不同等级的道路客运企业的发展战略,同时指出实施这些战略的具体措施,并对道路客运企业的战略实施制定了有效的保障。本文的研究对提升道路客运企业的竞争力与快速发展有着重要的战略指导意义。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, facing the new situation of economic globalization, all kinds of industries are faced with the problem of how to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities, and the road passenger transport enterprises are no exception. After more than 20 years' rapid development, China's road passenger transport industry has made great achievements and greatly promoted the rapid development of economy and society. However, the management of road passenger transport enterprises lags far behind the ever-changing pace of industry development, and has become the bottleneck of the development of road passenger transport enterprises to a certain stage. Facing the fierce market competition, how to correctly plan the forward coordinate system of the road passenger transport enterprises and how to win the sustained market competitiveness for the road passenger transport enterprises have become an important subject for the development of the road passenger transport enterprises. Every road passenger transport enterprise urgently needs correct theoretical guidance and feasible development plan, the most important is the strategic guidance. Based on the general theory of enterprise strategic management, this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research with empirical analysis, through the analysis of the strategic environment structure of road passenger transport industry, combined with the investigation of the current situation of the development of road passenger transport enterprises. The development of road passenger transport enterprises is deeply analyzed and summarized by using several strategic management analysis model tools such as SWOT analysis, and the development strategy of road passenger transport enterprises of different grades is worked out. At the same time, the concrete measures of implementing these strategies are pointed out, and the effective guarantee for the implementation of the strategy of road passenger transport enterprises is established. The research of this paper has important strategic guiding significance to improve the competitiveness and rapid development of road passenger transport enterprises.
