企业社会责任对企业战略管理的影响评估

企业社会责任是能够给企业行为带来积极变化的一个手段。社会对企业有一定的期望,企业通过社会责任行为来满足社会对它们在道德、法律、商业和公共层面的期望。这篇文章旨在告诉企业怎样通过企业社会责任行为来满足它们自己的客户对它们的期望。企业和社会之间的关系是什么样的?企业社会责任是不是可以重塑企业在社会中的位置和角色呢?我利用利益相关者理论对这些问题进行了研究。利益相关者理论不管是在企业社会责任的理论研究中还是实践研究中均发挥了重要的作用。在我看来,这篇文章清晰的表明了企业社会责任可能具有的缺点,并从而引出了一个相当经典的以经济和市场为导向的企业与社会的关系理论。文章使用了企业契约理论,限制了企业实行社会责任带来的效果。企业社会责任的实际政治风险和现有的理论研究之间也还是有一些差距。
