《海上花列传》“夜”叙事时空的近代建构

【摘要】：近代以降,以《海上花列传》为代表的小说叙事时间由季节、时辰等模糊化表述向日期、钟点等精确化指向转变,叙事场景"夜"亦由传统小说节庆化、仪式化向日常化、大众化转型。随着小说传统空间"家"的退隐和近代空间"都市"的崛起,线性的传统叙事时间被逐渐压缩并转换成共时性空间呈现,"四马路"堂子与"一笠园"过渡性地担负了小说"夜"叙事的空间功能。《海上花列传》建构起的"夜"化近代时空形态,标志着中国都市小说叙事时空模式的初步形成。
