[Abstract]:The novel "Mang Man" in the early Qing Dynasty is the earliest novel text known at present in East Asia's "Old Otter" story motif. It is based on the narration of the growth history of Dong Boa, the son of Otter essence. It expands the heroic story of python's alliance with saltwater, insurrection, war, and ma mutiny across the sea, the unique characters of its superman and saltwater, and the geographical space between the Yangtze River water system and the ma mud island. In the Ming and Qing dynasties novel history seems quite unique. In addition, there is a close relationship between the novel and the legend of "Otter Mirror" in the early Qing Dynasty. According to the available data, this article tends to think that the legend of "embroidery Yilang" is based on the adaptation of the novel "Wild Man". This adds a new academic case for the study of the adaptation of ancient novels and operas.
