老年住院患者的跌倒原因分析及护理措施探究

【摘要】：目的分析老年住院患者的跌倒原因及其护理措施。方法选取我院2015年2月~2016年7月收治的老年住院跌倒患者25例作为研究对象,分析所有患者年龄、疾病类型及跌倒时间、地点。观察不同年龄、疾病类型、时间、地点跌倒情况。结果 70~80岁患者占为60.00%,神经系统疾病占40.00%;7:00~12:00与23:00~7:00时间段跌倒概率分别为36.00%、44.00%;厕所及床边跌倒概率分别为52.00%、36.00%。结论分析老年住院患者跌倒原因,并实施针对性措施,可有效降低跌倒风险。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the causes and nursing measures of fall in elderly inpatients. Methods 25 elderly inpatients who were admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects. The age, disease type, fall time and location of all patients were analyzed. Different age, disease type, time and location of fall were observed. Results 60.00% patients were aged 7080 years. Nervous system diseases accounted for 40.00th. The probability of falling at 7: 00 12: 00 and 23: 00 7: 00 is 36.00 and 44.00 respectively. The probability of falling down by toilet and bedside was 52.00 and 36.00.Conclusion analyzing the causes of fall in elderly inpatients and carrying out targeted measures can effectively reduce the risk of fall.
