【摘要】：目的探讨头颈部肿瘤患者在放射性口腔炎护理中行复方棒冰治疗的研究效果。方法选取我院2015年2月~2016年2月采用直线加速器进行放射治疗的头颈患者80例,分为两组,对照组整个放疗期间行常规口腔护理干预;实验组在对照组的护理基础上行复方棒冰治疗。最后比较两组患者的口腔黏膜反应程度。结果放疗40 Gy时,将两组患者的临床疗效对比,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),放疗42~70 Gy至放疗结束后10 d,实验组的Ⅲ~Ⅳ级黏膜反应显著少于对照组(P0.01)。结论复方棒冰疗法可用于综合防治头颈部肿瘤患者的治疗过程中,可有效提升患者的临床疗效,降低患者的放射性口腔黏膜反应。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of compound stick ice therapy on head and neck tumor patients in the nursing care of radiation stomatitis. Methods the head of our hospital was treated with linear accelerator from February 2015 to February 2016. 80 patients with neck. Two groups were divided into two groups. The control group received routine oral nursing intervention during the whole period of radiotherapy. The experimental group was treated with compound wangbing on the basis of nursing in the control group. Finally, the degree of oral mucosal reaction was compared between the two groups. Results after 40 Gy radiotherapy, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), from 42 Gy to 70 Gy to 10 days after radiotherapy.
