【摘要】：目的探讨毒蛇咬伤肾损害发生急性感染患者的临床护理方法及护理效果,以减轻肾功能损害,降低临床病死率。方法选取2012年1月-2015年8月医院诊治的80例毒蛇咬伤肾损害发生急性感染患者临床资料进行分析,采用随机对照方法分为对照组和试验组,每组各40例;对照组采用常规方法护理,试验组实施综合护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果、肾功能等指标及并发症发生率,采用SPSS18.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果试验组患者入院处置完成、机械通气及住院时间显著短于对照组;两组患者治疗前24h尿蛋白、红细胞及血肌酐差异无统计学意义;试验组患者护理后24h尿蛋白、红细胞及血肌酐显著低于对照组(P0.05);试验组患者发生呼吸衰竭、肝肾衰竭及休克昏迷例数显著低于对照组,以上数据比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论毒蛇咬伤肾损害发生急性感染患者治疗过程中实施综合护理干预效果理想,能够提高临床疗效,改善患者肾功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical nursing methods and efficacy of renal damage in patients with acute infection of snakebite occurred, in order to reduce the damage of renal function, reduce the clinical mortality. Methods from January 2012 -2015 year in August the hospital for treatment of 80 cases of snakebite renal injury in patients with acute infection clinical data were analyzed and randomly divided into control group and test group, 40 cases in each group; the control group received conventional nursing, the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with nursing effect, the incidence of renal function index and complications, using SPSS18.0 software for statistical analysis of data. The results of the experimental group patients completed the disposal, mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group 24h; urinary protein before treatment in two groups, no significant differences in red blood cell and serum creatinine; urinary protein in 24h patients after nursing experimental group, red blood cell and serum creatinine Significantly lower than the control group (P0.05); test group of patients with respiratory failure, kidney failure and shock coma were significantly lower than the control group, above data comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention effect is ideal conclusion snakebite treatment of renal damage in patients with acute infection process, can improve the clinical efficacy, improvement the renal function of patients.
