【摘要】：目的探讨静脉输液港在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用及常见问题及对策护理,旨在提高护理技能。方法对例乳腺癌患者植入输液港,进行维护宣教护理,对出现的问题、对策进行总结。结果 117例患者中,植入置管失败1例,置管成功率为99.1%。7例出现并发症,发生率为5.9%。近期并发症4例,其中术后气胸1例、注射座翻转1例、导管滑脱入静脉1例、局部淤血、切口渗血l例;远期并发症3例,其中切口感染2例、导管夹闭综合征1例。其他包括锐器伤1例、回抽无回血5例。结论加强医务人员规范化培训、穿刺植入前对患者进行全面评估和提高置管医生的穿刺技术有利于减少近期并发症的发生;植入后的精心护理可有效减少临床应用远期并发症的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of intravenous infusion port in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy, and the common problems and nursing countermeasures, in order to improve the nursing skills. Methods the patients with breast cancer were implanted in transfusion port to carry out maintenance and education nursing. Results among the 117 patients, one failed to insert the catheter, and the success rate was 99.1.7 cases with complications. The incidence of recent complications was 5.9%, including 1 case of pneumothorax, 1 case of injection seat reversal, 1 case of catheter slippage into vein, 1 case of local congestion and 1 case of bleeding from incision. Long-term complications were found in 3 cases, including incision infection in 2 cases, duct clamping syndrome in 1 case, sharp instrument injury in 1 case and blood withdrawal in 5 cases. Conclusion the standardized training of medical staff should be strengthened. The comprehensive evaluation of the patients and the improvement of the puncture technique of the catheterization doctor were helpful to reduce the occurrence of the recent complications before the puncture and implantation. Careful nursing after implantation can effectively reduce the occurrence of long-term complications in clinical application.
