【摘要】：目的:探讨采用自创的中药眼部雾化仪器干预糖尿病视网膜病变患者临床效果。方法:将55例糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为对照组28例和观察组27例,观察组脱落1例。两组均予常规降血糖、活血通络治疗及眼部常规护理。观察组在此基础上由受过培训的护士创新采用成人型面罩式简易喷雾器执行中药眼部雾化。每天1次,每次15~20 min,8~10 d为1个疗程。结果:采用面罩式喷雾器行眼部中药雾化,面罩罩住眼部类似眼罩一般,省去人力扶持。患者视物模糊评分、目睛干涩评分,临床疗效两组干预主效应比较,差异有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论:目前国内专用的眼部雾化医疗仪器处于空白。作者巧用面罩式简易喷雾器行中药眼部雾化(已获得国家专利)具有中医“简、便、廉”特点,节力简便,设备价格低廉,安全无创,患者易接受,节约护士人力;药物弥散均匀且平稳利于提高疗效,提高满意度等优势,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of treating diabetic retinopathy with self-made ophthalmic atomization instrument. Methods: 55 cases of diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into control group (n = 28) and observation group (n = 27). One case was lost in the observation group and both groups were treated with routine hypoglycemia. The treatment of activating blood circulation and clearing collaterals and routine nursing of the eyes. On this basis, the observation group was innovated by trained nurses to carry out eye atomization of traditional Chinese medicine by using adult mask type simple sprayer once a day. Results: the face mask sprayer was used to atomize the eyes of traditional Chinese medicine, and the mask covered the eyes similar to the eye mask. The patient vision fuzzy score, eye dry and astringent score, the clinical efficacy of the two groups intervention effect comparison. The difference was statistically significant (all P 0.05).
