超声实时剪切波弹性成像技术定量评价正常人甲状腺及颈前肌

【摘要】:目的 应用超声实时剪切波弹性成像(SWE)技术,定量评价止常人甲状腺及颈前肌,建立正常人甲状腺、颈前肌杨氏模量值参考范围。方法利用SWE超声诊断仪对170名健康志愿者进行甲状腺及颈前肌检查,记录杨氏模量值及两者平均值比值,并按年龄、性别分组,比较不同年龄组、不同性别组之间的差异性。结果①女性、男性甲状腺杨氏模量平均值(Emesn)分别为(16.14±3.87)kPa、(17.44±4.44)kPa,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.009);②女性、男性颈前肌杨氏模量Emean分别为(17.13±4.48)kPa、(19.26±5.34)kPa,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001);③女性青年组、中年组甲状腺杨氏模量Emean比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.008),男性青年组、中年组甲状腺杨氏模量Emean比较差异无统计学意义;④女性及男性青年组、中年组颈前肌杨氏模量Emean比较差异均无统计学意义。⑤甲状腺左右叶杨氏模量Emean、左右侧颈前肌杨氏模量Emesn比较差异均无统计学意义。⑥女性、男性甲状腺与颈前肌杨氏模量Emesn的比值ratio分别为0.98±0.18、0.92±0.16。结论利用实时剪切波弹性成像技术可以定量评价正常人甲状腺及颈前肌组织。
[Abstract]:Objective to quantitatively evaluate the thyroid gland and anterior cervical muscles of normal people and to establish normal thyroid gland by using real time shear wave elastography (SWE) technique. Methods the thyroid and anterior cervical muscles of 170 healthy volunteers were examined by SWE ultrasonic diagnostic instrument. The Young's modulus and the ratio of the two were recorded according to the age. Results (1) the average value of the young's modulus of thyroid in female and male was 16.14 卤3.87 KPA. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.009). 2Young's modulus Emean of cervical anterior muscles in female and male were 17.13 卤4.48 kPaanzhe 19.26 卤5.34 KPA, respectively. The difference between the two was statistically significant. 3There was a significant difference in Emean between young and middle-aged women and young men (P < 0. 008, P < 0. 008, P = 0. 008, P = 0. 008, P = 0. 008). There was no significant difference in Young's modulus Emean between middle age group and middle age group. (4) there was no significant difference in Young's modulus of the anterior cervical muscles (Emean) between female and male young group and middle age group. There was no significant difference in Young's modulus of left and right lobe of thyroid gland between female and male groups. There was no significant difference in Young's modulus (Emesn) between left and right anterior cervical muscles. The ratio of Emesn of thyroid to anterior cervical muscles was 0.98 卤0.18 in males. Conclusion Real time shear wave elastography can be used to quantitatively evaluate thyroid and anterior cervical muscles.
