中医医院与综合性西医医院护士幸福感与压力源比较及相关性分析

【摘要】：目的:了解同级别中医医院与同级别综合性西医医院护士总体幸福感、护士压力源差异以及护士幸福感与压力源相关性。方法:采用一般资料问卷、总体幸福感量表和中国护士工作压力源量表,对同级别中医医院和西医医院护士进行问卷调查。结果 187人纳入研究,总体幸福感中、西医院得分分别为73.64±7.184、74.55±6.267分,除"对生活的满足和兴趣"外各维度比较无统计学差异;护士工作压力源中、西医院得分分别为67.84±22.532、62.16±20.754分,除"管理及人际关系"外各维度比较无统计学差异;Pearson相关性分析显示,除了幸福感中"对情感和行为的控制"维度与压力源呈正相关,其余大多部分呈负相关。结论:同级别中医医院与西医医院护士总体幸福感、压力源无明显差异,都处于较重度压力中;中医医院护士"管理及人际关系"方面压力较同级别西医医院大,西医医院护士在"对生活的满足和兴趣"方面较同级别中医医院护士更满足。工作压力源越大,总体幸福感越低。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the general well-being of nurses in the same level of TCM hospital and the same level of comprehensive western medicine hospital, the differences of nurses' stressors, and the correlation between nurses' well-being and stressors. Methods: general information questionnaire was used. Total Well-being scale and Chinese Nurses' Job stressor scale were used to survey nurses in the same level of TCM hospital and western medicine hospital. Results 187 people were included in the study. The scores of western hospitals were 73.64 卤7.184 or 74.55 卤6.267, except for "satisfaction and interest in life". The scores of nurses' work stressors were 67.84 卤22.532n 62.16 卤20.754, respectively. There was no significant difference in all dimensions except "management and interpersonal relationship". Pearson correlation analysis showed that in addition to well-being, "control of emotion and behavior" dimension was positively correlated with stressors. Conclusion: the nurses in the same level of TCM hospital and western medicine hospital have no significant difference in their overall well-being and stressors, and all of them are under more severe stress. The pressure of "management and interpersonal relationship" of nurses in TCM hospitals is greater than that of western medicine hospitals of the same rank. In the aspect of "satisfaction and interest in life", the nurses in western medicine hospital were more satisfied than those in the same level of TCM hospital nurses. The greater the source of work stress, the lower the overall well-being.
