临床输血条码识别闭环系统的建立和应用

【摘要】：目的通过条码识别系统提高临床输血标本和血液信息的安全传递。方法通过患者腕带的识别系统,在医疗管理系统(EMR系统)、实验室管理系统(LIS系统)、手麻系统、自动化办公系统基础上,建立血液标本采集、接收、血液发放、输注的闭环管理系统。结果条码识别闭环系统建立后护士采血错误率,输血前检验信息错误率,血型填写错误率,输血目的错误率均显著降低。标本审核时间,血液发放时间,血液输注前核对时间显著缩短。结论基于医院信息化建设基础上的条码识别闭环管理可以有效的完成输血申请和血液发放信息的双向传递,有保证输血的安全,并有利于提高临床输血效率。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the safe transmission of clinical blood samples and blood information through barcode recognition system. Methods through the identification system of the patient's wrist band, the EMR system, the laboratory management system and the hand anesthesia system were used in the medical management system, the laboratory management system and the hand anesthesia system. On the basis of automatic office system, a closed loop management system for blood sample collection, receiving, blood distribution and transfusion was established. The error rate of blood type filling and the error rate of blood transfusion purpose were all significantly reduced. Conclusion the closed loop management of bar code recognition based on hospital information construction can effectively complete the two-way transmission of blood transfusion application and blood distribution information, and ensure the safety of blood transfusion. It is helpful to improve the efficiency of clinical blood transfusion.
