储存红细胞生化指标研究进展

【摘要】：最近20多年来,红细胞储存损伤引起的输血安全问题逐渐成为输血医学领域研究的重点。尽管,红细胞储存损伤能否引起临床相关的输血并发症,目前还没有定论。但可以肯定的是:不仅红细胞形态及理化性质等随着储存时间的延长发生了日渐明显的改变;而且储存期长的红细胞输注后引起了受血者更多的血管外溶血。
[Abstract]:Over the last 20 years, the safety of blood transfusion caused by erythrocyte storage injury has gradually become the focus of research in the field of blood transfusion medicine. However, not only the morphology and physicochemical properties of erythrocytes changed obviously with the prolongation of storage time, but also the transfusion of red blood cells for long storage period caused more extravascular hemolysis in the recipients.
