介绍一种改良的免疫组化EnVision法操作流程

【摘要】：正目前,免疫组化检测法的应用日益广泛,可以用来辅助诊断、指导治疗、评估预后等。免疫组化检测方法多种多样,如ABC、SP、SAP、En Vision法等。本文采用改良的En Vision法,检测500项免疫组化标记,结果较为稳定,现将方法介绍如下。1材料与方法1.1材料收集宁波市北仑区人民医院86例各类病理组织标本,采用免疫组化En Vision法检测500项免疫组化标
[Abstract]:At present, immunohistochemistry is widely used in diagnosis, therapy and prognosis evaluation. There are a variety of immunohistochemical methods, such as ABCG-SPSP-En Vision, etc. The improved en Vision method is used in this paper. 500items of immunohistochemical markers were detected and the results were relatively stable. Methods the following materials and 1.1 materials were introduced. 86 specimens of various kinds of pathological tissues were collected from Ningbo Beilun District people's Hospital. Immunohistochemical en Vision method was used to detect 500items of immunohistochemical markers.
