临床护理人员死亡态度现状及影响因素的研究进展

【摘要】：随着医学模式的转变,人们意识到传统治疗和护理疾病存在的局限性以及生命质量的重要性,将研究范围逐渐扩展并聚焦于从生到死的整体过程。护理人员在临床工作中不可避免地会接触重症或者临终患者,因此护理人员树立科学的死亡态度,才能更好地帮助临终患者正视死亡、承认死亡,以良好的心理状态接受死亡。通过运用文献检索的方法,对基本概念进行梳理,分析总结目前护理人员的死亡态度现状及影响因素,为探索和构建符合我国文化适应性的临终关怀和死亡教育课程提供科学的理论依据,推动我国临终关怀护理和死亡教育事业的发展。
[Abstract]:As medical models change, people are aware of the limitations of traditional treatment and care for diseases and the importance of quality of life, Gradually expand the scope of the study and focus on the overall process from birth to death. Nurses inevitably come into contact with severe or dying patients in their clinical work, so nursing staff establish a scientific attitude towards death. In order to help dying patients face death, admit death and accept death in good psychological state, we can use the method of literature retrieval to sort out the basic concepts. The present death attitude of nursing staff and its influencing factors were analyzed and summarized to provide a scientific theoretical basis for exploring and constructing hospice care and death education curriculum in accordance with the cultural adaptability of our country. To promote the development of hospice care and death education in China.
