城郊结合部区级医院护士评判性思维与自主学习能力的影响因素及相关性研究

【摘要】:目的:1.调查城郊结合部区级医院护士评判性思维能力现状。2.比较不同背景资料城郊结合部区级医院护士评判性思维能力的差异。3.调查城郊结合部区级医院护士自主学习能力现状。4.比较不同背景资料城郊结合部区级医院护士自主学习能力的差异。5.探讨城郊结合部区级医院护士评判性思维与自主学习能力之间的相关性。6.根据参考文献和调查结果,提出提高城郊结合部区级医院护士评判性思维和自主学习能力的对策。方法:采用便利抽样法,运用中文版评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)和护理人员自主学习能力评价量表对南京市4所城郊结合部区级医院404名护士进行问卷调查。结果:1.城郊结合部区级医院护士评判性思维能力总分为276.03±24.43分。7个维度中分析能力得分最高,寻求真相得分最低。2.不同年龄、护龄、婚姻、职称、职务的城郊结合部区级医院护士评判性思维能力评分差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。年龄35岁、护龄15年、已婚、职称为主管护师及以上、职务为护士长的城郊结合部区级医院护士评判性思维能力评分显著高于其他护士(P0.05)。3.不同班次、担任科室骨干、参与科研、外出学习与参加交流会议、参加学历教育的城郊结合部区级医院护士评判性思维能力评分差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。常上白班、担任科室骨干、参与科研、外出学习与参加学术交流会议、参加学历教育的护理人员评判性思维能力水平显著高于其他护理人员(P0.05)。4.不同科室、学历、月收入、既往工作单位、轮转、进修、制定学习目标的城郊结合部区级医院护士评判性思维能力评分差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。5.城郊结合部区级医院护士自主学习能力总分为122.57±18.00分,自我动机信念为52.32±7.85分,任务分析为20.75±3.89分,自我监控及调节为35.84±5.73分,自我评价为13.66±2.67分,其中任务分析、自我评价得分偏低。6.不同职务、常上班次、既往工作单位的城郊结合部区级医院护士自主学习能力评分差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。职务为护士长、常上白班、既往工作单位为民营医院的城郊结合部区级医院护士自主学习能力评分显著高于其他护理人员(P0.05)。7.不同担任科室骨干、参与科研、参加学历教育的城郊结合部区级医院护士自主学习能力评分差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。担任科室骨干、参与科研、参加学历教育的城郊结合部区级医院护士自主学习能力评分显著高于其他护理人员(P0.05)。8.不同年龄、护龄、职称、月收入、学历、婚姻的城郊结合部区级医院护士自主学习能力评分差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。9.不同科室、轮转、外出学习与参加学术交流会议、进修、制定学习目标的城郊结合部区级医院护士自主学习能力评分差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。10.城郊结合部区级医院护士的评判性思维能力与自主学习能力呈正相关,评判性思维能力的求知欲、认知成熟度是自主学习能力的保护因素。结论:1.城郊结合部区级医院护士评判性思维能力处于中等水平,能胜任日常的护理工作,但达不到高水平;各维度中分析能力最高,寻求真相最弱,仍需加强其评判性思维能力培养,尤其要端正寻找知识所应有的真诚和客观的态度。2.年龄、护龄、婚姻、职称、职务、不同班次、担任科室骨干、参与科研、外出学习与参加交流会议、参加学历教育等因素是城郊结合部区级医院护士评判性思维能力的影响因素。3.城郊结合部区级医院护士自主学习能力处于中等水平,亟待加强。4.职务、常上班次、既往工作单位、担任科室骨干、参与科研、参加学历教育等因素是城郊结合部区级医院护士自主学习能力的影响因素。5.求知欲、认知成熟度及评判性思维能力总体水平均与自主学习能力水平呈显著正相关,是自主学习能力的保护因素,增加其求知欲、认知成熟度水平有助于提高自主学习能力水平。
