基于体感技术的人体运动康复训练平台设计与研究

【摘要】:运动功能受损患者在进行相关康复训练活动时,需要能够定量地评估患者身体机能的提升状况,因此有必要将康复训练系统与专业康复评定方法进行结合。本文从这点出发,选取Kinect体感设备作为人体运动信息感测的载体,设计了一个基于Kinect传感器的体感康复训练平台。平台融合了基本的运动数据采集和康复评价的功能,并预先设定了左右侧肢体肩肘等关节典型康复训练动作,通过体感器分别采集模板动作流数据和训练者动作流数据,在交由算法逻辑进行数据规整后,分别使用动态时间规整算法和豪斯多夫距离测度算法对两组动作流数据的相似程度进行计算和评估;同时,本文也将康复治疗学中相关的运动学评价方法应用到康复训练结果评定中,并进行了相关的实验以验证算法和理论的可行性。本文的主要工作如下:首先,阐述了康复训练平台的开发现状以及体感技术在康复医疗领域的应用实例,针对于已有辅助康复训练系统在科学评估患者训练成效方面存在的欠缺,本文开发了一款成本相对低廉、使用便捷、兼具康复训练和评估功能的体感康复训练系统。其次,对平台的数据采集方法和过程进行了简要描述。介绍了运动动作流匹配算法融合方法,通过对豪斯多夫距离算法和动态时间规整算法的介绍和分析,提出了一种基于两种算法融合的动作流相似度评价方法,通过实验的方法分别对算法的测算结果和可行性进行了验证,并阐述了算法融合的方法。再次,由于运动康复评价方法最重要的过程在于对运动数据的分析,在总结了相关的实验数据结果后,本文着重探究了经典康复治疗学中有关运动功能损伤患者的康复评定相关方法,并结合人体轴面坐标与体感骨骼空间坐标系的对应关系,确定了平台所涉及的关节训练动作及其测量方法,依据关节活动度等参数指标制定了运动功能评价细则。最后,在分析了系统的功能期望和设计目标的基础上,本文对系统平台的功能进行了实验验证和结果分析,对系统各模块的功能特别是运动评价相关模块进行了测试。结果证明,本文所构建的体感康复训练平台能够达到评估患者训练质量和康复程度并辅助完成复健治疗的目的。
[Abstract]:The patients with motor function impairment need to be able to evaluate the improvement of their body function quantitatively, so it is necessary to combine the rehabilitation training system with the method of professional rehabilitation evaluation. Kinect somatosensory equipment is selected as the carrier of human motion information sensing, and a training platform of somatosensory rehabilitation based on Kinect sensor is designed. The platform integrates the basic functions of motion data acquisition and rehabilitation evaluation. The typical rehabilitation training actions of the left and right limbs, shoulder and elbow joints are set in advance. The template movement flow data and the trainer action flow data are collected by the somatosensory device, and the data are adjusted by the algorithm logic. Dynamic time warping algorithm and Hausdorf distance measure algorithm are used to calculate and evaluate the similarity of the two groups of action flow data. This paper also applies the relevant kinematics evaluation methods in rehabilitation therapy to the evaluation of rehabilitation training results, and carries out relevant experiments to verify the feasibility of the algorithm and theory. The main work of this paper is as follows: first, This paper expounds the present situation of the development of rehabilitation training platform and the application of somatosensory technology in the field of rehabilitation medical treatment, aiming at the shortcomings of the existing auxiliary rehabilitation training system in scientifically evaluating the effectiveness of patient training. In this paper, a relatively low-cost, convenient, rehabilitation training system with rehabilitation training and evaluation function is developed. Secondly, This paper briefly describes the data acquisition method and process of the platform, introduces the fusion method of motion action flow matching algorithm, and introduces and analyzes the Hausdorf distance algorithm and dynamic time warping algorithm. An action flow similarity evaluation method based on the fusion of two algorithms is proposed. The calculation results and feasibility of the algorithm are verified by the experimental method, and the method of algorithm fusion is expounded. Because the most important process of sports rehabilitation evaluation is the analysis of exercise data, after summarizing the relevant experimental data, this paper focuses on the relevant methods of rehabilitation evaluation of motor function injury patients in classical rehabilitation therapy. Combined with the corresponding relationship between human axis coordinate and somatosensory skeletal coordinate system, the joint training action and its measuring method are determined, and the detailed rules of motion function evaluation are established according to the parameters such as joint motion. Based on the analysis of the function expectation and design goal of the system, the function of the system platform is verified and the results are analyzed. The function of each module, especially the motion evaluation module, is tested. The somatosensory rehabilitation training platform constructed in this paper can evaluate the training quality and rehabilitation degree of patients and assist to complete rehabilitation therapy.
