MEWS及SBAR在骨科术后病人早期预警中的应用研究

【摘要】：[目的]探讨MEWS及SBAR在骨科术后病人早期预警中的应用效果。[方法]将200例骨科术后病人随机分为两组,每组100例,对照组以体温、脉搏、呼吸、血压、意识的异常值及症状体征等作为护理观察内容,干预组在此基础上将MEWS评分及SBAR沟通模式运用于骨科术后病人的早期预警,比较两组病人主管医生对护理工作的满意度,病人及家属对护理工作的满意度,护士对自身工作的满意度。[结果]骨科术后使用MEWS及SBAR对病人早期症状进行护理观察、评估及沟通,提高了医生、护士、病人满意度。[结论]骨科术后使用MEWS及SBAR对病人进行早期护理观察可提高护理效果。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the application effect of MEWS and SBAR in early warning of postoperative orthopedic patients. [methods] 200 cases of orthopedic patients were randomly divided into two groups, 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with body temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure. The abnormal values of consciousness and symptoms and signs were taken as nursing observation contents. The intervention group applied MEWS score and SBAR communication model to early warning of patients after orthopedic surgery. [results] MEWS and SBAR were used for nursing observation, evaluation and communication of patients' early symptoms after orthopedic surgery, which improved doctors and nurses. [conclusion] early nursing observation with MEWS and SBAR after orthopedic surgery can improve nursing effect.
