三血管气管切面在诊断胎儿右位主动脉弓中的应用价值分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨三血管气管切面在诊断胎儿右位主动脉弓中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析61例在我院产前超声检查中被诊断为右位主动脉弓的胎儿,总结并分析其在三血管气管切面的超声声像图特点,随访观察其临床结局。结果:61例产前超声诊断为右位主动脉弓的胎儿,其中单纯性右位主动脉弓41例,双主动脉弓2例,右位主动脉弓伴心内畸形14例,右位主动脉弓伴心外畸形2例,右位主动脉弓同时合并心内和心外畸形2例。39例活产胎儿产后证实产前诊断,5例右位主动脉弓合并其他严重畸形的胎儿选择引产(其中4例尸检后病理结果证实产前诊断,1例引产后未做尸检),2例正在密切随访中,1例产后超声心动图结果与产前超声诊断结果不符,14例失访。结论:产前超声扫查三血管气管切面是诊断胎儿右位主动脉弓的可靠方法,单纯性胎儿右位主动脉弓可能不引起明显的临床症状。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the value of three-vessel tracheostomy in the diagnosis of fetal right aortic arch. Methods: 61 cases of fetus diagnosed as right aortic arch by prenatal ultrasound in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results 61 fetuses diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound were diagnosed as right aortic arch, including 41 cases of simple right aortic arch and 2 cases of double aortic arch. There were 14 cases of right aortic arch with intracardiac malformation and 2 cases of right aortic arch with extracardiac malformation. Right aortic arch combined with intracardiac and extracardiac malformations 2 cases. 39 cases of live fetus postpartum confirmed prenatal diagnosis 5 cases of right aortic arch with other severe malformation fetal choice induced labor (of which 4 cases of postmortem pathological results confirmed. One case of prenatal diagnosis without autopsy was followed up closely. One case of postpartum echocardiography did not match the results of prenatal echocardiography in 14 cases. Conclusion: prenatal ultrasound scan of three vascular tracheostomy is the diagnosis of fetus. The reliable method of right aortic arch, Simple fetal right aortic arch may not cause obvious clinical symptoms.
