护理人员地震灾害护理救援体验的文献回顾

【摘要】：目的系统回顾和评价国内外护理人员地震灾害护理救援的体验。方法计算机检索护理学及医疗相关文献累计索引(cumulative index to nursing and allied health literature,CINAHL)、Medline医学文献数据库、PubMed数据库、中国学术期刊网全文数据库(China national knowledge infrastructure,CNKI)、British Nursing Index(BNI)数据库、EBSCO数据库,收集2001-2015年关于地震灾害护理救援体验的文献,根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料,并对文献进行定性分析。结果共纳入20篇文献,主要研究内容涉及地震灾害的灾前备灾、灾时应对和灾后精神心理影响及建议。结论地震灾害护理救援体验的研究大多局限在灾时的紧急救援工作,而忽略了灾前备灾及灾后重建与恢复,灾害护理专业的发展应贯彻执行国际护理学会制定的灾害护理能力框架和世界卫生组织制定的灾害管理原则。
[Abstract]:Objective to systematically review and evaluate the nursing and rescue experience of earthquake disaster among nurses at home and abroad. Methods the cumulative index to nursing and allied health literature database of medical literature was searched by computer. The full text database of China national knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database, national Nursing Index (BNI), is used to collect the literature on the experience of earthquake disaster nursing and rescue from 2001 to 2015. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the documents are selected and extracted. The qualitative analysis of the literature was also carried out. The results included 20 articles, the main contents of which were related to the disaster preparedness before the earthquake disaster. Conclusion the study on nursing and rescue experience of earthquake disaster is limited to emergency relief work, and neglects disaster preparedness and reconstruction and recovery. The development of disaster nursing specialty should carry out the framework of disaster nursing capacity developed by the International Nursing Institute and the principles of disaster management formulated by the World Health Organization.
