产钳助产与剖宫产对第二产程异常产妇母婴结局的影响比较

【摘要】：目的探究在第二产程异常产妇的分娩过程中,分别应用产钳助产与剖宫产对母婴结局的影响,为临床产科分娩奠定基础。方法选取我院2016年1月~9月收治的第二产程异常的产妇128例作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组与对照组,各64例。试验组采用产钳助产,对照组采用剖宫产,对比应用不同的分娩方式对母婴结局的影响。结果试验组产妇的分娩结局明显优于对照组,如产后出血及产褥感染,但软产道损伤除外,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。试验组新生儿重度窒息情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),但两组新生儿的头部血肿、面部擦伤等情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在第二产程异常产妇的分娩过程中,应用产钳助产可降低剖宫产的发生率,更大程度保障母婴的安全,避免胎儿的窒息,值得广泛推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of forceps delivery and cesarean section on the outcome of the second stage abnormal parturient. Methods 128 cases of parturient with abnormal second stage of labor admitted in our hospital from January to September 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 64) and control group (n = 64). In the control group, cesarean section was used to compare the effects of different delivery methods on the outcome of mother and child. Results the delivery outcome of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group, such as postpartum hemorrhage and puerperal infection, except for the soft birth canal injury. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The severe asphyxia in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P 0.05), but the head hematoma and facial bruise of the two groups were compared. Conclusion the use of forceps can reduce the incidence of cesarean section, ensure the safety of mother and child, and avoid fetal asphyxia, which is worth popularizing widely.
