品管圈在急诊患者入院安全转运中的应用效果

【摘要】：目的探讨品管圈活动在急诊患者入院安全转运中的应用效果。方法成立名为"救生圈"的品管圈,基于现状调查和原因分析,确定影响急诊患者转运安全的原因主要包括人员安全意识、人力配置、技术方面、相关部门协调等。通过优化转运流程、加强质量监控、强化安全教育等措施促进质量持续改进。观察品管圈活动开展前后急诊转运患者不良事件发生情况及平均转运时间,同时比较护士活动前后急救技能和安全知识得分情况。结果实施品管圈活动后,急诊患者院内转运过程中不良事件发生情况有所降低,平均转运时间明显缩短,护士的急救技能和安全知识有所提升(P均0.05)。结论品管圈活动可有效提高急诊患者入院转运的安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of quality control circle activity in safe transportation of emergency patients.Methods A quality control ring called "lifebuoy" was set up. Based on the investigation and cause analysis, it was determined that the main factors affecting the safety of transshipment of emergency patients included personnel safety awareness, manpower allocation, technical aspects, coordination of relevant departments and so on.By optimizing the transfer process, strengthening quality control, strengthening safety education and other measures to promote continuous quality improvement.To observe the occurrence of adverse events and the average transit time before and after the quality control circle activities, and to compare the scores of first aid skills and safety knowledge of nurses before and after the activities.Results after the implementation of quality control circle activities, the incidence of adverse events in the in-hospital transport process of emergency patients was reduced, the average transport time was significantly shortened, and the nurses' first aid skills and safety knowledge were improved (P < 0.05).Conclusion quality control loop activity can effectively improve the safety of admission transport in emergency patients.
