围产期护理质量关键指标筛选的质性研究

【摘要】：目的了解学科专家对围产期护理关键指标的看法,为制定规范的围产期护理质量评价指标体系提供依据。方法采用半结构式访谈法对11名学科专家进行深度访谈,应用现象学分析法进行分析。结果分析学科专家的观点后发现,应筛选围产期护理质量关键指标的必要性和可行性。结论现存护理质量评价指标以通用指标为主,不适用围产期专科护理质量评价,应创建一套可量化、操作强的围产期护理质量指标体系,促进围产护理质量的持续改进和护理内涵的深化。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the views of discipline experts on the key indexes of perinatal nursing, and to provide the basis for establishing a standardized evaluation index system of perinatal nursing quality.Methods 11 subjects were interviewed in depth by semi-structured interview and analyzed by phenomenological analysis.Results the necessity and feasibility of screening the key indexes of perinatal nursing quality should be screened.Conclusion the existing nursing quality evaluation index is based on universal index, which is not suitable for perinatal specialty nursing quality evaluation. A set of quantifiable and strong perinatal nursing quality index system should be established.To promote the continuous improvement of perinatal nursing quality and the deepening of nursing connotation.
