改良体位训练对甲状腺手术病人的临床效果分析

【摘要】：目的探讨改良体位训练对甲状腺手术病人的临床效果。方法对照组应用常规手术体位,术前不进行护理干预;实验组护理人员应用自制训练枕尽心术前准备,帮助病人术前体位训练。改变软垫的高度,确保姿势标准的同时提高舒适度。术前干预多在餐后2小时,刚开始持续5-10min,适应后可达2小时。结果对甲状腺手术病人进行改良体位训练后,舒适度大大增加,焦虑及疲劳程度减轻,头晕、头痛、恶心、呕吐等症状明显减少。彩色多普勒检查对照组与实验组相比,血流速度及血流量减少,病人更易发生脑缺血,出现恶性呕吐等。结论有效改良体位训练可以极大降低甲状腺手术后病人综合征的发生率,值得临床上广泛应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of modified posture training on patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods the patients in the control group were treated with routine surgical posture without nursing intervention before operation, and the nursing staff in the experimental group used self-made training pillow to prepare themselves before operation to help the patients with preoperative posture training.Change the height of the cushions to ensure posture standards while increasing comfort.The preoperative intervention lasted for 5-10 min at the beginning of 2 hours after meal and up to 2 hours after adaptation.Results after the modified posture training, the degree of comfort, anxiety and fatigue, dizziness, headache, nausea and vomiting were significantly decreased.Compared with the experimental group, the blood flow velocity and blood flow decreased in the control group, and the patients were more likely to suffer from cerebral ischemia and vomiting.Conclusion effective modified posture training can greatly reduce the incidence of postoperative thyroidectomy syndrome, and it is worthy of extensive clinical application.
