人性化管理在提升乳腺癌手术护理质量中的效果研究

【摘要】：目的分析人性化管理在提升乳腺癌手术护理质量中的效果。方法选取68例乳腺癌手术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规护理管理干预组)和观察组(人性化管理组)各34例,对2组患者各个方面的护理质量进行评估,比较2组患者干预前后的生存质量。结果观察组患者各方面护理质量优良率均显著高于对照组,干预后的生存质量也显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论人性化管理在提升乳腺癌手术护理质量中的效果较好,更有助于改善患者综合生存质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of humanized management in improving nursing quality of breast cancer operation.Methods Sixty-eight patients undergoing breast cancer surgery were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing intervention group) and observation group (humanized management group, 34 cases each). The quality of nursing in all aspects of the two groups was evaluated.The quality of life before and after intervention was compared between the two groups.Results the excellent and good rate of nursing quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the quality of life after intervention was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion the humanized management is effective in improving the nursing quality of breast cancer surgery, and it is also helpful to improve the comprehensive quality of life of the patients.
