3M液体敷料应用于脑卒中失禁性皮炎患者的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的探讨3M液体敷料在治疗脑卒中失禁性皮炎患者的疗效观察。方法选取2015年1月~2016年10月我院神经内科收治的脑卒中失禁性皮炎患者42例作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组20例和观察组22例。对照组采用常规皮肤护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上使用3M液体敷料进行皮肤护理,观察两组皮肤护理的疗效。结果使用3M液体敷料观察组疗效明显优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论尽早使用3M液体敷料可有效的隔离排泄物对皮肤的刺激,保持皮肤完整性,同时减少了神经内科脑卒中患者由于失禁相关性皮炎导致的皮肤损害及不适。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the curative effect of 3 M liquid dressing on incontinence dermatitis of stroke. Methods from January 2015 to October 2016, 42 patients with incontinence dermatitis of stroke were randomly divided into control group (n = 20) and observation group (n = 22). The control group was treated with routine skin nursing, the observation group was treated with 3M liquid dressing on the basis of routine nursing, and the curative effect of skin nursing was observed. Results the curative effect of the observation group with 3 M liquid dressing was better than that of the routine nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion using 3M liquid dressing as early as possible can effectively isolate the irritation of skin and maintain the skin integrity and reduce the skin damage and discomfort caused by incontinence related dermatitis in patients with neurologic stroke.
