内蒙古自治区90所血液透析室医院感染管理现状调查分析

【摘要】：目的了解内蒙古自治区血液透析室医院感染管理现状,为制定符合本地区血液透析室医院感染管理措施提供参考依据。方法 2014年10-12月,采用现场检查和问卷调查方法对内蒙古自治区90所医院血液透析室医院感染管理现状进行调查,其中三级医院30所,二级医院60所,采用SPSS21.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 96.67%医院血液透析室清洁区、半清洁区、污染区分区明确,77.78%医院区域标识清晰,超过90.00%医院血液透析室的医院感染管理制度已经建立,90.00%医院的血液透析室每次透析结束后对透析机外部消毒,92.22%医院的血液透析室每次透析结束后对透析机内部消毒,100.00%医院血液透析室都开展了对初次透析患者检查乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、梅毒、艾滋病感染指标,91.11%医院的血液透析室乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、梅毒、艾滋病感染指标复查周期≤6个月,大多数医院血液透析室开展了环境卫生学监测。结论内蒙古自治区90所医院血液透析室管理不够规范,监管力度不强,需要加强管理,进一步规范血液透析室的医院感染管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of nosocomial infection management in hemodialysis room of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and to provide reference basis for establishing hospital infection management measures in accordance with the management measures of hemodialysis room in Inner Mongolia. Methods from October to December 2014, the present situation of nosocomial infection management in hemodialysis rooms of 90 hospitals in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region was investigated by field inspection and questionnaire survey, including 30 tertiary hospitals and 60 second-level hospitals. The data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 software. Results 96.67% of the hospital hemodialysis room clean area, semi-clean area, polluted area clear 77.78% of the hospital area clearly marked. More than 90.00% of hospital hemodialysis rooms have established a hospital infection management system. 90.00% of hospitals have established hospital hemodialysis rooms. After each dialysis, the external disinfection of dialysis machines is 92.22%. 100.00% of the hemodialysis departments in hospitals have carried out screening for hepatitis B among the first dialysis patients.
