基于健康信念模式的可视化健康教育在冠心病患者中的应用

【摘要】:目的:本研究旨在以健康信念模式为理论依据,在冠心病患者中开展可视化健康教育,研究该种健康教育方式对冠心病患者自我效能感,自我护理能力及生活质量的影响。为促进患者健康信念的树立、推动患者健康行为的巩固,进一步改变不良日常行为方式,提高生活质量,进而为临床实施健康宣教提供有效的方法。方法:本研究选取2013.1-2014.12期间在我院心血管内科住院的90例冠心病患者为研究对象。将90例冠心病患者分为对照组和试验组,每组45例,对照组给予常规的健康教育,试验组在常规护理基础上给予可视化健康教育,干预15天,应用一般资料问卷,自我效能感,生活质量,自我护理能力量表对两组患者进行评价,将收集的数据进行统计分析,最后得出结论。结果:(1)试验前两组患者各评价指标差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。(2)试验前后组内患者自我护理能力、自我效能感、生活质量得分比较,试验组有统计学意义(P0.05),对照组仅在自我护理能力,生活质量部分维度上(涉及维度有:生理职能、总体健康、精力、社会职能、情感职能)有统计学意义(P0.05)。(3)试验后两组患者自我护理能力、自我效能感、患者生活质量各维度得分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:1.基于健康信念模式的可视化健康教育,显著提高了冠心病患者疾病管理的自信心和自我护理能力。2.基于健康信念模式的可视化健康教育,显著提高了冠心病患者的生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to carry out visual health education in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) on the basis of health belief model, and to study the effect of this health education mode on self-efficacy, self-nursing ability and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease. In order to promote the establishment of patients' health belief, promote the consolidation of patients' healthy behavior, further change the bad daily behavior, improve the quality of life, and then provide an effective method for clinical implementation of health education. Methods: 90 patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in our department of cardiovascular medicine from March 1 to December 2014 were selected as the study subjects. 90 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups: control group (n = 45) and experimental group (n = 45). The control group was given routine health education. The experimental group was given visual health education on the basis of routine nursing. The quality of life and self-nursing ability scale were evaluated in the two groups. The collected data were statistically analyzed and finally concluded. Results (1) there was no significant difference in the evaluation indexes between the two groups before the trial. (P 0.05) the scores of self-nursing ability, self-efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the test. There was statistical significance in the trial group (P 0.05), while the control group was only in the self-nursing ability. Part of the dimensions of quality of life (including: physiological function, overall health, energy, social function, emotional function) were statistically significant after the two groups of patients' self-care ability, self-efficacy, The scores of all dimensions of quality of life were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion 1. Visual health education based on health belief model significantly improved the self-confidence and self-care ability of patients with coronary heart disease. Visual health education based on health belief model can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.
