基于专业性照护的护理学科理论体系构建

【摘要】:目的西方护理学在长期的发展中形成了较为完善的理论体系,但是基于我国文化的护理理论研究才刚刚开展,有必要从护理学科建设的角度,探讨护理学的逻辑起点及理论体系建构,这对于促进我国护理学科的专业化发展、准确把握学科发展的未来趋势有重要意义。方法本研究运用逻辑起点论,从逻辑起点出发,以实践经验为基础,按照学科的内在规律,构建学科理论体系。结果结合逻辑起点的4个特性,分析了将"专业性照护"作为护理学科理论体系逻辑起点的合理性;通过深入访谈、临床观察、文字及影像资料分析,提炼出护理的4个本质特性;从学科支撑理论、学科基础理论和学科应用理论阐述了护理学科理论体系的构成。结论学科理论体系的建设是一个不断趋于完善的过程,只有长期深入研究,才能更好地解释、指导护理实践中的丰富现象。
[Abstract]:Objective Western nursing has formed a relatively perfect theoretical system in the long-term development, but the research of nursing theory based on Chinese culture has just been carried out, so it is necessary to construct nursing discipline from the point of view of nursing discipline construction. It is of great significance to explore the logical starting point and theoretical system construction of nursing science for promoting the professional development of nursing discipline in China and accurately grasping the future trend of discipline development. Methods using the theory of logical starting point, starting from logic starting point, based on practical experience and according to the inherent law of discipline, the theoretical system of discipline was constructed. Results the rationality of taking "professional care" as the logical starting point of nursing theory system was analyzed according to the four characteristics of the logical starting point, and through in-depth interview, clinical observation, text and image data analysis, the rationality of "professional care" as the logical starting point of nursing theory system was analyzed. Four essential characteristics of nursing were abstracted, and the composition of the theoretical system of nursing discipline was expounded from the theory of discipline support, the basic theory of subject and the theory of subject application. Conclusion the construction of discipline theory system is a process that tends to be perfected continuously. Only by studying deeply for a long time can we better explain and guide the rich phenomenon in nursing practice.
