加速康复外科理念下口服营养支持在胃癌病人围手术期的应用

【摘要】：目的:探讨加速康复外科理念下,口服营养支持对胃癌病人围手术期的作用。方法:对129例胃癌住院病人行前瞻性随机对照研究,将病人随机分为安素组和对照组,比较两组病人的治疗情况和并发症发生情况。结果:安素组与对照组比,明显缩短病人术后肛门首次排气时间和住院时间,降低住院总费用(P0.05)。安素组病人术后第3天的营养学指标较对照组有显著改善(P0.05)。伤口感染和肺部感染发生率亦明显低于对照组(P0.01)。结论:围手术期口服营养支持能有效促进胃癌病人术后恢复,降低住院费用,是胃癌病人围手术期加速康复外科治疗的有效途径之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of oral nutritional support on gastric cancer patients in perioperative period under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery. Methods: 129 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Results: compared with the control group, the anus first exhaust time and hospitalization time were shortened, and the total cost of hospitalization was decreased (P 0.05). The nutritional indexes of the patients in the group A were significantly improved than those in the control group on the 3rd day after operation (P 0.05). The incidence of wound infection and pulmonary infection was significantly lower than that of control group (P 0.01). Conclusion: oral nutritional support in perioperative period can effectively promote postoperative recovery of gastric cancer patients and reduce hospitalization cost. It is one of the effective ways to accelerate the rehabilitation surgery for gastric cancer patients during perioperative period.
