肿瘤患者PICC导管集束化护理维护对置管部位细菌定植率的影响

【摘要】：目的运用集束化护理干预措施对肿瘤患者PICC导管进行维护,探讨对置管部位细菌定植率的影响。方法选择2015年11月-12月在PICC护理门诊行PICC导管维护的肿瘤患者453例,按门诊维护时间分为对照组201例,观察组252例,对照组给予常规的PICC导管维护,观察组给予集束化护理措施进行PICC导管维护,分别在置管部位皮肤采集标本进行细菌学培养,对两组的细菌定植率进行比较分析。结果观察组细菌定植率为21.43%,对照组细菌定植率为39.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在PICC导管维护中制定可行的集束化护理方案,可降低置管部位细菌定植率,从而降低肿瘤患者PICC导管相关性感染的发生风险。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of cluster nursing intervention on the bacterial colonization rate in tumor patients with PICC catheter. Methods 453 cancer patients who underwent PICC catheter maintenance in PICC nursing clinic from November to December 2015 were divided into control group (201 cases), observation group (252 cases) and control group (252 cases). The observation group was given cluster nursing measures to maintain the PICC catheter. The bacteriological culture was carried out in the skin samples collected from the tube. The bacterial colonization rate of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results the bacterial colonization rate was 21.43 in the observation group and 39.8 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion making a feasible cluster nursing plan in the maintenance of PICC catheter can reduce the bacterial colonization rate and reduce the risk of PICC catheter related infection in tumor patients.
