轻度认知损害病人认知干预研究进展

【摘要】：介绍了认知干预防治轻度认知损害(MCI)的理论依据、认知干预的内容、认知干预的方式、认知干预的时间、认知干预的效果评价工具。提出了轻度认知损害干预研究存在的问题,如干预对象没有细化到MCI亚型,没有针对各亚型MCI病人提供个性化的认知干预方法;随机对照试验设计偏少,且样本量较小;认知干预方法尚未形成系统的干预流程;认知干预时间无明确界定等。
[Abstract]:The theoretical basis of cognitive intervention in the prevention and treatment of mild cognitive impairment (MCI), the content of cognitive intervention, the way of cognitive intervention, the time of cognitive intervention, and the evaluation tools of cognitive intervention were introduced. The problems existed in the study of mild cognitive impairment were put forward, such as the intervention subjects were not refined to the MCI subtype, the individual cognitive intervention methods were not provided for each subtype of MCI patients, the randomized controlled trial design was small, and the sample size was small. Cognitive intervention methods have not yet formed a systematic intervention process, and cognitive intervention time is not clearly defined.
