社区老年人睡眠习惯与主观睡眠质量的关系

【摘要】:目的:探究社区老年人睡眠习惯及其与主观睡眠质量的关系。方法:本研究数据来源于2011年开展的天津市精神障碍流行病学调查项目。该项目采取多阶段与规模成比例的概率抽样方法在天津市16个区县随机抽取100个村/居委会中的15538名≥18周岁的居民作为调查对象。其中调查时≥60周岁的3272名老年人作为本研究的研究对象。由经过培训的精神科医生入户完成面对面访谈。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)问卷测量主观睡眠质量,自编睡眠行为调查表测查睡眠习惯。结果:社区老年人睡眠潜伏期中位数为20 min(0,360);平均睡眠时长为(7.2±1.4)h。Logistic回归模型分析显示:六点前起床(参照组:06∶00前起床)[06∶00~07∶59(OR=1.46,95%CI=1.03~2.07);8∶00~9∶59(OR=2.58,95%CI:1.27~5.28);10∶00~(OR=12.84,95%CI:2.17~75.84)]、睡眠潜伏期短(参照组:0~15min)[16~30 min(OR=6.06,95%CI:3.54~10.37);31~60 min(OR=52.21,95%CI:30.1~90.54);60 min以上(OR=138.14,95%CI:73.96~258.04)]和睡眠时间长(参照组:7 h以上)[6~7h(OR=3.32,95%CI:2.26~4.88);5~6 h(OR=10.72,95%CI:6.83~16.83);0~5 h(OR=43.97,95%CI=23.7~81.39)]是主观睡眠质量的保护性因素;而滞床时间长(参照组:0~15min)[31~60 min(OR=3.53,95%CI:2.31~5.37);61 min以上(OR=12.80,95%CI:6.93~23.65)]和近1月睡眠不规律天数多(OR=1.29,95%CI:1.07~1.57)是主观睡眠质量的危险因素。结论:社区老年人睡眠习惯随着不同性别、年龄段而变化,多种睡眠习惯与主观睡眠质量密切相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between sleep habits and subjective sleep quality of the elderly in community. Methods: the data of this study were collected from Tianjin Mental Disorder Epidemiology Survey Project in 2011. This project adopts the multi-stage and scale proportional probability sampling method to randomly select 15538 residents over the age of 18 from 100 villages / neighborhood committees in 16 districts and counties of Tianjin.
