术前评估清单在腹腔镜胆囊切除术前准备中的应用

【摘要】：目的探讨术前评估清单在腹腔镜胆囊切除术前准备中的应用效果。方法将664例患者按是否使用术前评估清单进行分组,分为对照组(n=350)和试验组(n=314)。对照组实施常规术前准备,试验组同时将重庆医科大学附属第二医院肝胆外科制作的术前评估清单用于术前准备。回顾性分析两组患者的病历资料,比较两组患者术前准备缺陷发生情况、对手术的影响情况(延迟和取消)及患者的术前相关知识知晓和服务满意度评分。结果试验组患者术前准备缺陷发生率(1.59%)低于对照组(6.86%),试验组对手术的影响(延迟和取消)小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);试验组患者术前相关知识知晓及服务满意度评分显著高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论术前评估清单对于腹腔镜胆囊切除术术前准备的完善、手术如期的进行、患者对病情的了解及患者对医疗服务满意度的提高方面有重要作用,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of preoperative evaluation checklist in the preparation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 664 patients were divided into two groups: control group (n = 350) and test group (n = 314g). The routine preoperative preparation was performed in the control group, and the preoperative assessment list made by the second affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University was used for preoperative preparation in the experimental group. The medical records of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively to compare the occurrence of preoperative preparation defect, the influence of operation (delay and cancellation), the knowledge of preoperative knowledge and the score of service satisfaction. Results the incidence of preoperative preparation defects in the trial group was 1.59% lower than that in the control group (6.86%), and the effect (delay and cancellation) on the operation in the test group was lower than that in the control group. The scores of related knowledge and service satisfaction in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the preoperative evaluation list plays an important role in the improvement of preoperative preparation for laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the scheduled operation, the understanding of the patient's condition and the improvement of the patient's satisfaction with medical service, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
