整体护理干预对初产妇情绪状态、产程及产后出血的影响

【摘要】：目的观察整体护理干预对初产妇情绪状态、产程及产后出血的影响。方法将商丘市第一人民医院产二科接收的初产妇60例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,均30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组给予整体护理干预,比较两组产妇情绪状态、产程及产后出血。结果观察组SDS、SAS评分与对照组相比均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组第一产程、第二产程及产后12h、24h出血量均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)结论通过整体护理干预后,初产妇负面情绪明显改善,产程时间及产后出血量显著减少。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of holistic nursing intervention on mood state, labor process and postpartum hemorrhage of primipara. Methods 60 cases of primipara received from the first people's Hospital of Shangqiu were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was given holistic nursing intervention, and the emotional state, labor process and postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 0.05), the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and 24 h postpartum bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion after holistic nursing intervention, the negative emotion of primipara was obviously improved, the time of labor and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage were significantly decreased.
