乳腺癌患者乐观倾向和应对方式与益处发现的关系

【摘要】：目的探讨乳腺癌患者乐观倾向、应对方式与益处发现的关系以及应对方式在乐观倾向和益处发现间的中介效应。方法采用方便抽样方法,选取2014年10月—2015年6月安徽省某两所医院的乳腺癌患者。采用自行设计的一般人口学资料调查表进行一般资料调查,采用生活定向测验修订版、医学应对方式问卷和中文版益处发现评定量表,分别评估患者乐观倾向水平、应对方式和益处发现水平。结果共发放问卷276份,其中有效问卷260份,有效回收率为94.2%。乳腺癌患者乐观倾向得分为(13.6±4.0)分,面对维度得分为(18.1±4.0)分,回避维度得分为(16.8±2.0)分,屈服维度得分为(9.2±2.9)分,益处发现得分为(46.8±14.0)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,乐观倾向得分与益处发现得分呈正相关(r=0.631,P0.01);面对、回避维度得分与益处发现得分呈正相关(r=0.507、0.431,P0.01);屈服维度得分与益处发现得分呈负相关(r=-0.552,P0.01)。应对方式(面对、回避、屈服)在乐观倾向和益处发现之间起部分中介效应,其中面对应对在乐观倾向与益处发现的中介效应占总效应的20.15%(0.464×0.274/0.631×100%),回避应对在乐观倾向与益处发现的中介效应占总效应的13.33%(0.355×0.237/0.631×100%),屈服应对在乐观倾向与益处发现的中介效应占总效应的23.25%〔(-0.719)×(-0.204)/0.631×100%〕。结论乳腺癌患者益处发现与乐观倾向、应对方式相关,同时应对方式在乐观倾向和益处发现之间起部分中介效应。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the positive tendency of breast cancer patients, the relationship between coping style and benefit discovery, and the mediating effect of coping style between optimistic tendency and benefit discovery. Methods Breast cancer patients from two hospitals in Anhui Province from October 2014 to June 2015 were selected by convenient sampling method. The self-designed general demographic information questionnaire was used to investigate the general data, the revised version of the life orientation test, the medical coping style questionnaire and the Chinese version of the benefit discovery rating scale were used to assess the patients' optimistic tendency level, respectively. Level of response and benefit discovery. Results A total of 276 questionnaires were sent out, of which 260 were valid and the effective recovery rate was 94.2. The scores of optimistic tendency, face dimension, avoidance dimension and yield dimension were 13.6 卤4.0, 18.1 卤4.0, 16.8 卤2.0 and 9.2 卤2.9, respectively. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the benefit finding score was 46.8 卤14.0. Positive correlation was found between positive tendency score and benefit discovery score (P 0.01); in face, avoidance dimension score was positively correlated with benefit discovery score (P 0.01); yield dimension score was negatively correlated with benefit discovery score (P 0.01). Coping styles (face, avoid, yield) play a partial intermediary effect between optimistic tendencies and the discovery of benefits. Among them, the intermediate effect of coping in the discovery of optimistic tendency and benefit accounted for 20.1515% of the total effect, 0.464 脳 0.274% 0.631 脳 100% of the total effect, 13.33% of the total effect of the intermediary effect of avoidance response in the discovery of optimistic tendency and benefit, and 0.355 脳 0.237% 0.631 脳 100% of the total effect, yielding to the intermediary effect of finding the positive tendency and benefit. Conclusion the finding of breast cancer benefit is related to optimistic tendency and coping style, and coping style plays a part of mediating effect between optimistic tendency and benefit discovery.
